Does the crib measurements have to be exactly the same as the safety net?

The tent is flexible. As long as your mattress can be put in. Can be used

Will this work with a pac and play?

No it will not. It is the exact fit for my standard size crib. It will be too big for a pack and play.

How do you fold it back down?

We haven’t taken it out of the crib since we put it here so I can’t answer that question.
