Solves most of the discomfort problems with Grado SR60s and SR80s.
I don't know why Grado has scratchy, thin pads on their lower-end headphones. Surely, if third party sellers are selling these for this price, the wholesale price cannot be that different than the pads they spec. I had them on the SR60s and now on SR80s, and the way those headphones' pads would press on my ears has stopped. These go all the way around your ears and are much easier to wear for long stretches.I have read reviews that say the sound is too bright/harsh without something to soften the sound. If anything, I prefer the extra clarity. For all I know, the extra clarity/brightness I sense is a placebo effect. I don't have sensitive enough ears to wish for yet spendier cans. But if I can solve some physical discomfort, that is well worth $10 extra dollars.

Perfect for Grado SR60e
I own a pair of Grado SR60e headphones and really love them. I wanted to try different foam pads and purchased all of the versions I could find on eBay for under $10. I did not want to pay $50 for foam pads! In my opinion, the Yoozalo are the best. These appear to be a close match to the L-Cush that are normally found on Grado’s costing $200 - $695. The first thing I noticed was the foam was thicker and more dense compared to the more ‘airy’ material on the stock pads and other pads I purchased. Comfort is great but most importantly, the sound improved. There is more bass which better balances out the Grado sound. I think the denser foam helps keep the bass in. You can try this by cupping around your ears using the stock headphones. After critically listening to all of the pads I purchased (versions of the S-Cush, L-Cush and G-Cush) I put all of the other pads away except for the Yoozalo. Sonically they are the best. I think they are very comfortable too. If you want to upgrade the stock pads on your Grado SR60e because you want better sound these are the ones to get.

Quality upgrade to stock earpads
This item looks to be well worth the money. I was never crazy about the stock earpads that came with my Grado SR325is. These are great headphones otherwise though. I've had them for about 5 years. Recently I started to notice that the original earpads were starting to slowly disintegrate. So I ordered these replacements. They are much bigger than the originals. They make the headphones more comfortable to wear. I have only listened to one side of an LP so far but I immediately noticed an overall improvement in sound quality especially the bass.

Purchased for my Nakamichi SP-7 headphones.
I purchased these to replace my long ago rotted foam pads for my beloved Nakamichi SP-7 headphones. Perfect fit!Unlike the original pads, they surround my entire ear. After such a long time, I can’t compare sound quality. But since the original pads are now made of unobtanium, that is kind of irrelevant. What I can say is I have been enjoying my renewed Nakamichis immensely!

Spend $10 more to get OEM cushions, trust me.
These are absurdly bulky and feel really cheap. I know I opted for a $10 product over the $20 original however these are completely useless. They are uncomfortable, big, and dont even sit evenly on the headphones.
