These are my favorite D3's because they're in coconut oil. There's no odd smell. They're small/easy to swallow, and living in Alaska, my husband and I need 10K i.u.'s a day so the dosage is right. We believe that our health is better when we're getting plenty of D3 to balance out the lack of sunlight exposure (particularly in the winter months). It is very difficult to get Vitamin D levels into a healthy range when it is freezing outside and you spend half the year indoors. Grest price, I have taken whole package over last couple of months and well impressed! Especially in the winter I don't get enough sun for the Vitamin D3 hormone, so these are essential for me!!
