Great bike for the $ plus it comes with a 48 volt battery.
No written instructions whatsoever. Simply go to YouTube and search Gedesheng/Zhengbu assembly video and you will see that this bike is super simple to assemble with the provided tool. This is the same bike that you will receive. I didn't find this video until today. If I had seen it sooner I would have saved a lot of time. Performance: My home is on a very steep long street and the bike had no problem climbing the hill. This bike functions best as a pedal assisted bike so climbing hills requires pedaling for the best results. The motor kicks in and climbing a hill requires about half the effort or maybe a little less than without the motor. The twist throttle is great when you are just starting out as the motor will get you rolling but when you start pedaling you can really accelerate. I have made one 25 mile trip which included a few steep hills and strong wind. I weigh 185lbs. I rode in level one 85 % of the time and level 2 about 20%. I only used about 20% of the battery so this bike has along range. Keep in mind I pedaled almost all the ride but the pedaling seemed effortless. I could work up a sweat if I want to by climbing hills in level one and pedaling fast. Using the gears is very important in order to increase your range as it puts less strain on the battery and motor ( and your knees if you like pedaling up steep hills). In mode 3 you will really fly exceeding 20mph easily. I think I hit 30mph for a brief time. The fact that this bike comes with a 48 volt battery makes it a bargain. The bike pedals easily without the use of the motor so if you should deplete the battery, getting back is no big deal. I have never ridden long distances with throttle only so I can't tell you what range to expect. The bike is actually pretty light with the battery removed so getting it into the back of my suv was easy. Getting up and down stairs with the battery removed is also easy. No, it is not a RAD Rover but it is more compact and a lot lighter and quite frankly just as much fun. I would definitely buy this bike again without hesitation. I'll update this review after I put a few hundred miles on it but so far I am really impressed.Update: Ok, I now have about 125 miles on the bike and I like it even more. I'm getting ready to order a second one for family and friends ride.

Awesome 48V Ebike 350W
No clear cut assembly instructions, but after a few minutes of trial & error, one is able to figure outwhere all the parts go. The tricky part is the front fork & those black sleeves. There is a silver metal bushing that we left off since it didn't seem to fit under the handle bar post area.Everything else is easy to figure out & assemble.48V & 350 watts so it rides about 20mph in our initial test run. Will probably change out the narrow seat & get a more comfortable one.$689.00 is a great price compared to all of those other brands out there + it isfree shipping via Fedex. Freight for that oversized box would probably be about $100.00.First day riding it so it works aa it is supposed to.There are 2 sets of keys (1 for the battery to mount & lock onto the bike)(1 for the ignition on the handlebar). Nice feature is the adjustable holder for your cell phone. You can ride this as a regular bike & pedal, pedal assist, & throttle drive like a motorcycle.

No PAS, only full throttle, not good
It doesn't have pedal assist, only throttleEven after I stopped pedaling, the controller was pushing power ti the motor
