I received my item quickly and everything was included including easy to read instructions. This was the easiest coat rack to assemble and it is very sturdy. It can not easily tip over like other racks. SOLID WOOD!! I definitely recommend it. Well worth every penny that I spent.

The rack comes in segments that need to be assembled. The segments are relatively small and are visible after assembly so the rack does not appear solid when fully assembled. The rack is sturdy and capable of holding most coats, hats, etc. Does the job, but don't expect this to look like solid wood when you order.
