LOOOVVVVVEEEEE THIS JUICE EXTRACTOR!!!
Awesome as the other 12 folks wrote and they were not fibbing!! I am now doing the celery juice for at least 2 years to kill the nasty cold sore virus that causes so many horrid diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, MS, vertigo, on and on, that virus also makes you lose your hair but killing the virus your hair will come back per medicalmedium.com I am going in for the long haul. This machine is wonderful but you must get a good hard brush to clean the fine mesh screen bowl, Oxo puts out these smaller nylon brushes that are perfect for cleaning that bowl, do not even test the machine out til you have that kind of brush in hand! Do not put it in dishwasher even though it might say. Some of the parts are big and the dishwasher will misshape them. Make sure you rinse the parts if you cannot wash right away, you will have concrete in there if it is celery if you do not rinse! Machine has 2 speeds. A hint on assembly, after you put the round piece with the little spout and mesh basket, take the large black curved container that the throw away pulp goes into, turn the “backwards C” part and lock it under the lip of the clear rounded spout (opposite of the spout) so when you put lid with large mouth, it closes perfectly every time, took me a couple times to figure that out. You do not want pulp flying across kitchen. I have tried putting in large pears for juice and that cane out wonderful (pears are anti-viral so eat them or make juice, yummy either way! There are 4 parts to assemble on machine so super easy and it comes with a small pitcher and a silicone spout extender. If you can afford the price, this is the one you want! I read that Juiceman is the next one you should consider (consumer reports) if this one is too expensive.

Good Blending Power - But Big! Needs Xtra space to store.
Update: 7/29/21.In all fairness, as I wrote my original review, I put lots of emphasis on the noise. This actually was the case as I juiced my whole orange, including peel. When juicing peeled fruit the noise level, however is moderate. Therefore I'm changing my star rating from 3 to 4.Here's my original review.I should have done more research on other juicers. This the first one I ever bought. I knew the measurements prior to purchase, but was a bit overwhelmed by the size as I actually saw it in person. It's also not exactly leight weight. It's probably perfect if you have a large kitchen with spacious storage room, but not so much if your space is limited. The first thing I juiced was a whole orange. I'll probably never do that again, mainly due to the bitter taste of juicing a whole orange, but that is my fault. What astounded me though was the loud noise it emitted, at least 60+ decibel, if not more. I had the Juicer at lowest speed. Also there was quite a bit of vibration. However, the Juicer did the job very well. The blending power is good. There are many pieces to clean afterwards. I recommend not to wait more than 30 minutes until you start the cleaning, preferably earlier, otherwise the job just gets harder. I'd probably not buy it again, mainly due to the size and noise. Next time I'll search for low noise juicers.
