I love this product. I have been looking for something to help with energy and mental alertness and clarity and finally found it in this great capsule. It keeps me going all day without jitters or a crash, and I notice a big improvement in my "brain fog." I don't feel draggy and have noticed a positive difference in my motivation to do anything, probably because I no longer feel like I need a nap throughout the day. This is the one!

Hippie Farms is the best! I particularly love their ashwaghanda to ease anxiety/stress symptoms. I notice a calming difference within ten minutes of taking one. Not a magic pill, but definitely a sweet lil helper that I am grateful to have in my cupboard at all times.

They definitely help relieve some of my seasonal depression. They taste fine in a capsule but if you can't swallow pills & decide to open them they taste like a mild pepper dropped in mud. It's not terrible but not the most pleasant way to ingest them.

Highly recommended product, I feel great since taking this! From someone who suffers with autoimmune disorders and EBV and high anxiety, I have found this supplement help greatly and will now be added to my daily regimen!

Just got these. Still not sure. But liking the calm.
