Didn't help one bit
I had high hopes for these from all the great reviews, but unfortunately as many others have experienced, it didn't help one bit, and instead only gave me horrible cramping gas. I even tried easing into it like it says on the label which made zero difference. After about 2 weeks I was still experiencing bad gas, and yet had no difference in regularity that I was hoping for. Also, like others have said, the taste is the best I've tried in this area, but I didn't want fruit snacks.

Mixed results
In short, I did indeed have increased regularity, but I had the horrible side-effect of increased gas to boot. So much so that I started using Gas-x and Beano to fix the issue, which didn't work. I couldn't for the life of me figure out what was making me soooooo very gassy until I read the label which warned of the possible side effect. The product label recommends reducing the number of gummies, but I found ONE was one to many. They went into the garbage, and my gas issues went the way of the dinosaurs.

The best fiber gummies out there that really works
The best fiber gummies out there that really works. It was so worth it that my 70 year old mother in law asked me to send her this as a birthday gift instead of some other gift I have in mind. Forget about those fiber powder or fiber cookies, this one really works without giving you gas or bloating if you didn't drink enough water. Highly recommended!

Fiber like the kiddos would want
These Fiber Well gummies are the easiest fiber addition that I've found. Don't let the price fool you - there are a LOT of gummies in this bottle. You take them two-at-a-time and they taste like a gummy bear. I think they help with digestion without having to gulp down tons of powder. We continue to re-order.

A good answer
Assuming 5 grams of soluble fiber a day is actually having some beneficial effect on the health and well being of my gut and/or the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in my bloodstream, these gummies continue to be a pleasant enough way to make that happen. And this colossal bottle really does represent a significant savings over how I can obtain them in traditional stores, so it's all good by me.

Doesn't seem to do anything.
I've been using this for a couple weeks now and honestly, I don't think it's doing much at all. The gummies taste pretty good, not sugary but still sweet. I like the idea of easy fiber, but it just doesn't work.

Fiber packed and yummy!
I love these gummies. They taste the best out of any gummies (especially any multivitamins), plus it’s the most fiber I’ve found in gummies (most are just 4g, these are 5g). It really helps me, highly recommend!

Great as expensive sweets that give you gas. Not great for your health.
You're searching for a fiber supplement. Perhaps because you're seeking the health benefits learned from breaksfast cerial adds, or perhaps you want things easier to clean down there. TL;DR: Look for other products with psyllium husk, chia seeds and / or flaxseed. The key ingrediant in this is polydextrose. This is part of a family of "classification cheat" substances that also includes eg inulin and chicory root. They're being added to foods all over the place, such as that "high fiber" yohurt you've seen, to make the label look good. The reality is, some forward thinking countries such as Canada have already banned identifying these substances as "fiber", because, they're not. Of this family of substances, it looks to me from some quick research like there is least chance polydextrose will do you any good out of them. There is overwhelming scientific belief that none of them are to be equated with actual fiver - think bran on your branflakes - and its health benefits. Literally zero ecidence that this helps with heart health etc, nor that it can even do the fundamental task of sorting out the consistency and production of those stools! What it will do, if my experience is anything to go by, is up the pressure in your intestines with a load of gas production.
