Yes, they work in Dog H2O and Cat H2O
I love the Dog H20 I purchased and being able to buy a bundle of the filters for it is a help. I didn't realize the Cat H2O and Dog H2O filters were the same until I researched. I was able to save a few dollars buying this bundle. The filters work well to stop hair and hard to tell what else. I should have taken a picture of the filter when I changed it but who thinks to ...just get it in the trash. Amount of time the filter lasts depends on your water and situation. We have 2 dogs and live in the country so a lbout 2-3 weeks for us.

Dog or Cat they fit both
Purchased to replace dirty DogH2O filters. The dog ones were sold out but the cat ones are exactly the same.

Work great/ box has cat on one side and dog on the other - same product.
Works great, lasts as long as advertised (30 days). Not sure why some advertisements show the cat side and others show dog side, but it is the same filter. This was also the best price!
