Great Solid Dropper Seat Post
The seller was very helpful at Masherz Bicycle Shop in West Bountiful, UTI called the seller immediately after purchasing.The seller said it's in stock and he'll ship it the same day via USPS Priority.Received in 2 days in Los Angeles.The instruction was very vague like many things nowadays.The seller told me to throw out the instructions and watch YouTube and that really helped.Initially, everything came together pretty quick and working great but I noticed the cable needs to be trimmed a little more. I didn't measure it like the video said and just eyeballed it. so I had to unhook everything and trim the cable couple of inches more.In total it took me 40 minutes or so to install and could have been 30.i model with internal cabling looks very factory and clean.Now it looks great and it's such a joy to ride.I'm very happy and I highly recommend KS Eten-I Dropper Seatpost.I highly recommend this seller Masherz in West Bountiful, UT.I would like to give them a 6th Star for answering their phone on the first few rings every time.Who does that anymore ʘ_ʘ

Good dropper
There are not a lot of options for 27.2 droppers out there. I bought this one for the reviews in larger sizes and so far so good. Installation was easy and it appears to be well made.

Doesn’t return and seller doesn’t care
You get what you pay for. I don’t know what all the other reviewers received but mine is sluggish and usually doesn’t rise all the way. Very distracting when transitioning to climb. Contacted seller who didn’t help. Contacted KS who didn’t help. Talked to a good mechanic who had some tips but they didn’t work. Just a cheap product that doesn’t do the job and a seller who doesn’t seem to care.

Not as advised
I would have returned the product if I had not installed and threw the box away. It said it was (1-bolt micro-adjustable seat rail clamp and 20mm offset head) it doesn't it's straight with two bolt head. It works great, I miss the 20mm set back.

Great dropper post!
It was a little difficult to set up, had to pull it out several times to shorten the cable (probably my fault)and once I got it to the right length it was hard to reattach to the post. With all that said, once you have it set up right it works flawlessly. So happy with the fact that I can adjust the full range of the post as well. I would definitely buy this again.
