I just received this cat tower last night and started putting it together this morning. It's evening now and still working on it! I have assembled dozens of items myself however my arthritis is getting so bad I shouldn't be doing this any more. This is the third cat tower i have put together because I just rescued a new kitten. There are no pre drilled holes in the base!! I have a drill so I'm trying to guesstimate where the holes should go to line up with the screws and posts. What an incredible hassle! It's really heavy and very plush so I'll update on my progress. Only one star because I have to finish their job for them! Update: Six months after I put this cat tower together I have raised two tiny kittens. They were abandoned when they were a few days old so I bottle-fed them until they could gradually eat their food from a plate/bowl. I placed their food on top so that my older cat could not get up there and they could go up anytime they wanted to eat. They played hide and seek inside the openings of the Little caves and I put a little pillow inside one of them and they would curl up together to take their naps. Even though this was horrible trying to put together, watching them enjoy it so much it was really worth it. Therefore I am changing my one star to three stars. The workmanship was still really bad but the finished product was very nice. The material is extremely soft and my kittens who are now Acting like teenagers still love playing in this and taking naps in their little caves.

the "instructions" leave much to be desired. As others have mentioned, all that is provided is a picture of the parts that were sent. Luckily I purchased a similar cat tower a couple years ago so I was able to figure it out. Although it did take me a little longer than it should have because I guessed wrong a couple times. Now to convince my cat to work in her own cube and not on my sit/stand desk. LOL

Not the best quality and took a while to put together. The walls are thin fabric that can easily rip. It’s always crooked and the top frequently comes off the bottom on one side. My cats only use it to sit in the window.

My 16 lb Maine Coon really likes her new digs, it was the only one with a bed big enough for her. We did put her old bed in the big cubby for extra cush.Had difficulties putting it together as not all the screw holes were in place, but the frustration was worth it in the end.

Product is perfect, however the assembly instruction sheet was somewhat difficult to follow regarding locations of double threaded fasteners and long screws vs short. Once I figured that out, all is good!

My cat is fat so I purchased this for her to lay on. She loves it. She can lay on it and look out the window. The only drawback is that it could be a little more cushioned.

It is missing screws and holes. The top half is not sturdy on the base. I'm having trouble making it secure. If my cats jump on it te top will come RT right off. If I can find a way to keep the top part on it would be great for my cats. I really do like the style.

The instructions left much to the imagination, but once assembled kitties love it!
