This thing is really cool! I have been using it just for a few days now but I feel that is working. Of course there is no easy way to get a 6 pack, you have to stop eating crap food and go to the gym. But this thing is gonna help you out, give it a try!

I have been seeing stimulators a lot in advertisements and As seen on TV commercials, but never thought I would be buying one. I thought of giving it a try and to my surprise, it really works. I bought these to give it a try. Comes in three pieces, one for abs and back and two for arms and legs. The vibrator has 9 speed variations, low to high. It also has 6 predefined body areas to work upon. Based on the intensity, you can choose the level you need. These tiny little contractors come with a smart USB cable which can charge all three at the same time and full charge lasts for two hours. It started on my biceps and abs and in just a week for 15 mins twice daily made a difference. I can feel that the biceps have hardened and abs have started showing up. I also had shoulder pain because of lifting dumbbells but with this no more shoulder pain with nice shoulder muscles coming up. Now i strongly believe that this thing really works!!

So very different product very similar to tens unit so feeling can get very intense very quickly three different controllers charges easy easy to use all in all a good but

To start I have only had this for a few hours and have used it for the pass 20 minutes or so and these are my initial thoughts.Great to wear in office under a loose fitting shirt as it lays completely flat and does not make noise. The little module could show but sitting down or under a spank it would be great.I do feel it working around pressure number 4 or 5 and fully felt abd contracting on the higher settings. It does time out as I just notice but I reset it easily. It comes with 3 of the modules 1 for ur tummy or back And two additional for ur arms etc however all three are interchangeable.If feels like the kneading setting on ur massage chair instead of like shocks like other ones I have used in the pastIt holds in place for the most part and I didnt experience and slippage however I'm only doing light housework and not sweating .Long term results welllllll I will be back

So I bought this about a week ago, and when I first opened it there were A TON of red flags that this stimulator wouldn't work.1. The instruction booklet was very poorly written, with tons of spelling and grammar mistakes.2. The instructions don't even explain how to use it properly. You have to guess where to place the sticky side. So I could just be electrocuting myself in random places.But that being said, after a weeks use I did see a noticeable difference. My abs did look more toned, after daily use. I cannot attest to the other smaller toners meant for other body parts, because there is no instruction on how to use them.This product is okay, and works, which is why I'm not giving it 1 star, but I would opt for a better quality electric abs stimulator, just for receiving the better instructions.

I really like these units. I bought 4 different types of 'tens' workout products and think they help with circulation, pain relief and light exercise. I wish you would develop a strap (velcro, elastic adjustable) that would hold the bands in place so you can have more use of the adhesive pads. I actually use electric tape and that works well - but can irritate the skin. Love the concept of electrical stimulation. I've had for just about a month, so I will update as needed. I am curious to see how long these last. I like to use these when I am doing light exercise like walking. Heavy exercise may raise your heart rate too much - so be careful. I will try to add a video of the 4 different products (I also bought 2 different TENS machines - same concept).

Great for my muscles!I haven't used this enough yet to tell if it's helping define my muscles but they do feel way better.Helps to relax my muscles and they feel stronger and less painful.The pads stick well and stay on when applied.Very easy to use and there are many different programs to pick from.I used mine daily after work.

After i charged it, the unit stopped working, I can’t turn it back on and when i press the power button the blue light flashes on but instantly turns back off.
