SPIDI TX-1 Black XL Gloves 474-0105X

The gloves were delivered ahead of schedule. Before I ordered these though, I looked all over the site for the kind of materials that were used but nowhere did it say! So I ordered them thinking once I receive them, they would have a tag with a listing of materials but there were none listed.The gloves don't feel natural. Very synthetic. They smell very bad too.I left them out for a couple of days to air out the horrible petroleum smell but they still stink. They probably melt after a couple of hours of riding in the sun. I did not even bother wearing them while riding. I will definitely return them.

I purchased these Spidi's expecting them to be Chinese knockoffs but a descent replacement for my existing gloves.I received these Spidi TX-1's and compared them closely with pictures of the real thing. These are good knock off's, but a few things can be noticed. First, the finger protectors are not wide enough. Second, the leather strip on the top of the pinkie finger is too short. Third, the "Warrior Armor" on the palm is rubber and not a durable plastic for sliding. Lastly, the upper on the back of the hand with the name is the wrong material.All this being said, I am perfectly happy for $28.The fit is excellent. There is no bunching between the thumb and forefinger. The stitching is evenly spaced and of short, tight, stitches. The foam padding is of a denser foam. The knuckle protector is hard and non flexible.I will be going ahead and wearing these.
