Fits 1998 pathfinder
Fits perfect in 1998 Nissan Pathfinder. The old reservoir had small hole near the top and was brittle after 20 years. In order to replace you need to remove the front grill and metal piece under grill. This means unscrewing two screws at the top, popping out two turn signals, then unscrewing two bolts found under the turn signals then undoing 5 clips (2 on each side and one in the middle). The clips are the hardest part. I used a bent needle nose pliers to help. With grills off I still had to undue one more bolt around light (not changing adjustment) to maneuver the old coolant bottle out--a little tricky/tight. This new one fit perfect with no modifications. I reused one clip for bottom of hose and zip tie snap for hose clamp. Whole job can probably be done in 1hr but for first timer like myself it took about 2hr or so--trying to find all the clips/crews, etc.

Infiniti QX4 fits like a tee
I finally installed it after several months of contemplating. The product is good and it fits the QX4 to a tee. The procedure to take apart and reinstall this part is however very tedious. though it only took an hour and a half. You have to remove the headlight and bracket, blinker, fog lamps and running lights and loosen the mud flap to access this unit. The headlight bracket is held on with these two part plastic clamp that gets separated (4X, no its not broke its made that way) keep all the part because you can reuse it, you need to either apply light coat of RTV or safety wire (.020) the half to make it stay before you insert or install the headlamp. I saw youtube videos that only took 10 minutes on different car brand to change this, but not on the infiniti QX4. The dealer would have charge me a fortune to removed and replace this part. Have fun!!!

Very close to factory. One flaw, but it does not effect the function or purpose of the reservoir and that is the far right side/corner mounting hole/tab seen in the provided Amazon picture does not align with the mounting bracket on the Pathfinder so my solution was a couple of zip ties to secure it. Just do not tighten the zip ties too tight so other than that the installation and product is as described.

Good product
This seems like a good product. To install I removed both front side marker lights, the grille, and the headlight. Fairly easy though one of the marker lights didn't remove easily and broke.First pop the hood, then remove the one screw holding the light casing. Pull side marker light straight out to the front (might require a bit of force). The owners manual also shows a detailed diagram for bulb replacement.Justanswer.com describes how to remove the grille. Good Product. Perfect aftermarket replacement
Good Product. Perfect aftermarket replacement. I've been impressed with Dorman products and haven't had any issues ordering. This product like others, fit my application perfectly. 1997 Nissan Pathfinder 4WD LE. It was easy to install. I replaced my factory one that was old and had cracks and holes.
