What is the measurment of this statue?

I gave this as a gift so can't give exact measurements but it is a very good size, I'm guessing about 8" tall and about 12" long. I was very pleased with it, really a beautiful figurine, well made, wonderful details. The person i gave it to is a real horse lover and was thrilled with it. It's not small , it is a really nice size. I think anyone would really love this. I highly recommend it.

Is this plastic or glass, or ceramic?

It is finely crafted heavy duty plastic. It is very well made and realistic. It looks like a much more expensive model than it is. I was extremely satisfied with it. It is really beautiful.
