Still get 5 star rating tho!! Slippers are sooo comfortable. They are soft and warm and very much the Dearfoam I remember. They can be difficult to put on for the physically limited tho. They flop over so may need to be pulled on all the way on by hand. My work around is a kitchen tong. ;)

Warm and cozy. I highly recommend this product for those cold winters. This washes well and is comfortable on your feet.

The sizing recommended in the ad is definitely wrong. I wear a size 9.5 shoe so I ordered the 9/10 only to return them to get the 8/9 which fit me perfectly. Ever since I got these, I have been living in them. Truthfully, I do not understand the reviews I’ve read here. They ARE warm, the inside does not slip and they are comfortable. If I have to run outside for a quick minute to get something from the car for example, the hard sole work well. Accept that the product runs large and if you like the slipper boots, buy one size smaller. All the people who got the wrong size should have returned them for a properly sized replacement since the ad is wrong. I have never had a problem returning a mislabeled or broken item to Amazon, they are wonderful in handling returns and making it easy for customers to do so. The reviews here are mystifying. Don’t believe most of them.I received the replacement booties on February 3 and have worn them every day since.

The media could not be loaded. updated review January 27, 2025Overall, I do like these slippers they are very comfortable. They keep your feet warm and I like the style. The only complaint that I have is when you go to wash them the fur does not stay the same if you look at my black slippers they have not been washed. I only use those on the inside as well as the other ones. I lowered my five star to a three star because of it.when I washed the other two pair, you can see how it got matted up. I did put them in the dryer. I don’t know if that made a difference. I would suggest when washing them just wash them or spot clean them if you have to, and then let them air dry.Even if you did that, I have a feeling it would matt up.I also noticed that when I washed them and put them in the dryer, the memory foam is not as thick as the one that I have not washed. I still love these. They’re comfortable and I would recommend them, but when it comes to washing them, it’s gonna change the way they look.I like the fur lining on the inside. It’s very soft. The memory foam is not very thick, but I’m only using it for the inside. I would not suggest wearing these outside. They would get ruinI ordered a size 7/8 my normal size hoping I could wear it with socks. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it’s too tight when I wear socks so I would suggest sizing up if you’re going to wear socks with these.note to the seller when I went to go return it to get a bigger size it does not give us an option to exchange for another sizeupdate November 29, 2024 since then the seller now gives you the option to replace the slipper instead of returning it. I just had to return one because there was a rip in it but it does give you the option if you needed to size up or down.my replacement came within two daysnow I have to return it and then wait to get another size so hopefully the seller reads this because it’s so easy when you can return something and just get an exchange and then it comes the very next daywhen I’m purchasing on Amazon, that is one of the things that I look for that were able to exchange it for another size
