Great phone!
This was quite the adventure to get working, but it had nothing to do with the phone or phone quality at all! IT had everything to do with the carrier that I am using. the phones were very easy to load sim card and SD cards into. Once we had everything in place the phones just worked. I am considering a BV 9500 Plus for myself.

It is a great phone. Great memory, works great. I love the phone. Takes great pictures. There is nothing I don't like about about the phone. My husband & I both own one. I would recommend it to anyone.

Not so Rugged
It's so hard to text. I've tried everything to make the screen more sensitive short of removing the protector. Other than that good phoneOkay here's an update. I dropped my phone for the first time and sure as hell shattered elite 2 days after the date allowed to return the product just my luck

My husband loves it since he is so hard on phones this one might last longer than a few months. Its only a 3g phone but i bought it for the durability. He even dropped it inside the mop bucket. Works great
