I am delighted with this necklace. Beautifully made. Came in a lovely gift pouch. Perfect size lettering. Would buy as a gift again for sure.

I bought this necklace for my daughter's birthdate. After few hours, she had a bad allergic reaction on her neck. I'm not really sure that's silver. I don't know what is made of but there must be a very high level of nickel in it. So disappointed.

Bought this necklace as a present. Realised it would be too short in length so requested assistance from seller. Seller was excellent and a new longer chain was despatched. This arrived prior to the date present was needed and easily added to the name. Recipient was thrilled and has worn necklace continuously since receiving it. Happy customer and happy recipient. Most disappointed as Zara looked like Fard - I did not like it & don’t think my granddaughter would have eitherMust say I got a refund on this item so pleased about that

This is a lovely necklace. I got this for my 8 year old birthday as her first grow up piece of jewellery. For the price I didn't expect much just knew she would feel like a big girl but its much better than expected really impressed.

This is beautiful. It's exactly the right size - not too big and gaudy or too small and delicate. I love it. It was delivered much quicker than the expected delivery date too which was great. I like it because you can have any spelling of any name, which I needed for an unusual name. Fab purchase!

I did a review on here last week when it arrived, see below, went to put in just now and the chain snapped. There’s far better quality out there this is really REALLY POOR
