I'm starting with 5 stars, because I lov'in everything about this chair right now. Assembly is easy, check the flaps on the ottoman for instructions. 2 screws in the back, 2 screws for each arm, and 4 screws for the ottoman. It took longer to cut all the protective paper off. For me, the Cushions are well padded and comfy. The glide on both chair and ottoman are smooth. Very happy with my purchase, and will recommend. I will also updated as needed.

I’ve had this chair for a little over a year and its as comfortable as the day I got it. Good chair for the price the only one I could find like it that glides and swivels and reclines

My husband wanted a rocking chair for his office. We didn't have room for a big LaZboy, and didn't want something that looked like a nursery rocker, so this seemed like a good option. Here are some things I have noticed: Pros: The frame seems quite sturdy. The gliding mechanism is very well designed and manufactured. It is totally smooth and quiet, both on the chair and ottoman. The chair comes well-packaged. The box is heavier-than-normal cardboard, and the metal frame comes completely wrapped with paper to avoid scratches. The red-brown color looks beautiful with the cherry furniture in our office. The seller's online photo of measurements makes it very easy to make a newspaper cut-out to check how the chair and ottoman will fit in the space you have planned. Cons: My 6-foot husband has no complaints about comfort, but I wish there was less padding across the shoulders, and more lumbar support. (That said, I still love to sit and rock in it.) The vinyl fabric is definitely not leather. It reflects more than I would like, and does not drape very smoothly. The seller's picture does a very accurate job of showing how much shine you can expect; and if you look at the chair back and arm pocket in the photo, you can see how fabric doesn't turn or hang quite smoothly. Not a huge issue in the corner of my office, but I don't know if I would be happy to see it all day in my living room. For the price point, we think this chair is a very good purchase.

I bought this chair right before coronavirus/stay home orders/ telework everyday happened, and let me tell you it was the best decision I ever made. I work out of it 9 hrs a day for the last 4.5 months. I can rock, swivel, and recline all at the same time. It's not desk height, so I put a pillow on my lap and laptop on top of that. It did develope a bit of a squeak, but a little WD 40 fixed that.

The good news - chair is comfortable and serves my purpose. The bad news - chair comes partly assembled- it was assembled backwards and it took me a while to figure out what was wrong. The screws on the armrests did not line up and I could not secure them. Finally, the packaging is difficult to remove

Therefore, I did not hesitate to purchase this beautiful recliner-rocker. Although I encountered a couple issues with my purchase, this Seller-Company quickly resolved the issue. They demonstrated honesty & integrity towards me. I find they stand by product claims & will resolve legitimate purchaser claims or issues. I would purchase again or the next generation Recliner, or even other products from this Seller-Company. I would reccommend.

I bought this as a nursing chair for my daughter who recently had a baby. I wanted it to match their living room and was thrilled that they had this style/material. She loved it! It wasn't too difficult to put together, but you have to follow pictures instead of written instructions, which I would have preferred and it would have made the job so much easier. It probably took me about an hour or so to put together, but only because I had to figure the pics out. Very comfortable - even her husband loves it!

It is a comfy and small chair, it helps with my space issues and it is nice and comfy the instructions were just pictures no words and the kit wasn't labeled. It was easy to get it fixed up when you figure out where it needs to go. Then the biggest issue was the footrest it is short and somewhat annoying
