It's a nice looking mat and has good squish and is quite comfortable. However, right out of the box it appears to already show separation in its layers. Over time and use maybe that's okay, but not brand new. I will be requesting a return.Update:I can really appreciate a company that stands behind their product. After my previous review, I was contacted by them and they offered to make it right. The new mat arrived in pristine condition and showed none of the defective layer separation as seen in the first. 10/10 for an excellent customer service experience going above and beyond and a good product.

I do a lot of yoga and pilates. Normally I am cheap with everything, but the last mat I got (though it was really cute) I would slide a ton on and parts of the top of it began coming off.So I decided to spend a little bit more money and got this mat.I sweat a LOT when I do my yoga and pilates so sliding is a big issue for me. I do not have that issue at all with this mat, the suede material keeps my feet and hands in exact position perfectly.On top of that the thickness of it is perfect for me. I have gotten thicker mats in the past and they're so squishy it makes everything more difficult. I also got a yoga towel thinking it would be better for me to be on something completely flat, but I had a lot of issues with sliding with it.This mat is thick but also very firm, making all my workouts easier. The bottom grips to a hardwood floor really well, so the mat does not slide at all through out my practice, and stays put when I move in strange ways.This mat is definitely worth the money! It comes with a carrying case and just a simple band that wraps around each side for carrying it around more freely.I would strongly recommend this mat.

I was really excited to get this mat, in fact I was so excited I bought two of these mats in different colors. When they arrived I was so disappointed. The mats were very cheaply constructed. The top anti-slip part seemed decent, but the bottom foam part was really cheap. The foam was really squishy and just not that good for the yoga I practice. If you are doing more restorative yoga or stretches this mat may work for you- otherwise look elsewhere.

I’ve tried a lot of mats: yogi bare, jade, gaiam. This blows them all out of the water. 3MM is perfect for my practice, and I prefer the microfiber top layer of material much better than the rubber mats. Not to mention the design is sooooo cute, I get a ton of compliments on this mat whenever I take it to a class.

LOVE this mat! It is so soft and truly is non-slip. I just created a yoga space in my home and I couldn’t be more happy! It does take a bit more focus in balance poses while getting used to the feel and thickness of the mat. But it is worth every penny and this mat feels like the right fit. Definitely the best mat I’ve had for the price. Although I haven’t used it in class yet (loving my home practice), I appreciate that it has a carrying bag and will be easy to take along! I highly recommend this mat!

What can I say about this mat? IT IS PHENOMENAL! I bought the black one, and it is very pretty. I use it on concrete floors, and the thickness is good for me. It is not the thickest mat I have ever used, but the thickness of this mat is very comfortable for me.Pros:Very attractiveLooks clean even after I sweat on itNo slipping especially when I am sweatyCushion is just enoughLight weightCons:I had to look for a con, but if I had to come up with one: the painted area of the mat (at the bottom of the mat) does make my feet slip, but only when my feet are directly on that spot. Easy fix is to reposition your feet.

First yoga mat I've got. Researched quite a bit and was left to this one. It's pretty, easy to tote around, however the suede on the top acts like super glue for any/all fuzz, leaves, etc. (Even though its supposed to be indoor/outdoor safe) the carrying case and strap are amazing. Easy to use. The mat itself, however, has already gotten "dents" in the foam somehow. I've only done 2 days of yoga and have NOT brought it outdoors. Its been in my home or in the case, but somehow the mat itself is getting permanent indents on it somehow. Not from jewelry/no shoes/etc. Unsure what the cause I, and quite surprised given the amount paid for this mat. I wanted to do it right and get one that would last me, but I'm only 48 hours in and it's already giving me slight issues. Overall beautiful, the grid is AMAZING for position placement...however I'm worried I'm going to have to replace this sooner vs later when it comes to the indentions occuring on the top suede of the mat.

It's definitely not a traditional yoga mat. When unrolled, the edges curl up and take forever to flatten; the surface is also fairly slippery which makes it hard to practice bridges, a downward dog pose, a cobra pose, and other skills that have a pushing motion. However, it's soft and nicely cushioned so if you have bad knees, ankles, or injuries that require a more soft surface, I would recommend this. But for those who are doing more acro/advanced yoga, stick to a real yoga mat.

Anti-slip Noooooo, soft and thick ??? SeriouslyI love the color love the design, however there was some strap missing on the packaging which I didn’t even mind.Now according to this company they have 15 years selling this products, 15 years playing with the safety of their costumers !!! in fact I should sue for making such a poor and expensive product, and very wrong description it is dangerous slippery, nobody can hold positions without slipping around, I have 4 years of practicing yoga, work out with cheaper mats and never slipped to the point of losing control.Do not buy it because it’s pretty !!!Isn’t worth it!!

This mat is great! Thick enough to be comfy and stay warm but not so thick that it makes positions difficult. The grip is also fabulous and I really love the soft texture. The quality is fantastic and the design is beautiful, it makes me excited to use it. My cat did put a little hole in the top layer but that's entirely his fault and he was purposely trying to pick at it, a non-destructive cat wouldn't have any issues.

Support: So far I’ve used the mat 3 times and it’s been great. Thick enough to support me (220lbs) so my knees no longer hurt conducting yoga poses.Thickness: Due to the thickness it doesn’t roll up or out very easy and the ends seem to curl up, however once in the hot yoga the mat is flat.Storage: The bag to house your mat is useful for transport but again rolling the mat back into the bag is a pain. The product also comes with straps as an alternative which are much easier to use and highly recommended.Design: this mat appealed to me because it has a centre design with hand and feet positions. Although I’m a little taller than who that may have been intended for I use the design as a guide to centre myself and hand/ feet placement when conducting some of the poses during hot yoga.Satin top: the top is soft and absorbent for hot or regular yoga. I’ve found the mat does allow you to slide and slip a little but nothing that would prevent me from recommending this product.Overall great value for your dollar considering everything you get. Would purchase and recommend to anyone.

This mat is exactly what I was looking for without breaking the bank! It’s so thick and the material doesn’t stay sunk in after you put pressure on it, it’s not slippery cause it’s more of a suede top and doesn’t have that weird bump pattern some mats have, my dog and I have been pretty rough on top of it and there’s no tears or scratches so far (and we’re not small,) it’s exceptionally pretty in terms of design, the perfect length, and the alignment markers are much more helpful/pleasing than I expected it to be, plus to top it all off it’s easy to roll and unroll as you need it. If you’re considering this mat I can’t recommend it enough! It’s a huge motivator for my morning yoga and workout and much better quality than many of the mats you’ll get for the same price.

I've had this mat for a couple months now and I haven't had any issues. It does the job! It is soft and is very comfortable. I don't find it slippery and have not come across any tears. Delivery was fast considering the pandemic. It was well packaged and the carrying case/strap is very useful. Great purchase. If I had one point though - the print colouring does bleed a bit, so I have some pink-ish socks now, but that's the least of my worries lol! Great mat, I would recommend it :)
