Hot in a good way!
The heat is there and it does not taste bad IMO. The formula is different from the original which did not have Carolina reaper in it but had extract originally, no noticeable taste difference. Great for adding to instant Ramen.

This is my vary favorite cause and I have a LOT
I've been using this sauce for years, it's my very favorite and it's sometimes very hard to find I'm quite happy to have been able to find it here on Amazon. I will warn others though the heat is quite extreme on this one. This should only be used as an additive ingredient and only if you are an experienced spicy food consumer. That said for a lot of the very very hot hot sauces things like flavor are often sacrificed in the name of more heat. This is one of the very few sauces that maintains a truly amazing deep rich earthy flavor without being sweet or tasting like vinegar. Due to its Rich robust flavor and extremely high heat I use it in all kinds of dishes. I put it in my spaghetti sauces, pizza sauce, in ramen, taco meat, salsa, mustard, ketchup, barbecue sauce, chili, basically anything that's supposed to have an earthy needy umami or kind of a tomatoey flavor. I will warn people though it does not mix well with sweet flavors. There are lots of good very spicy hot sauces that mix well with sweet things like a honey barbecue sauce this is not that one. Anyway hope you all enjoy I know I will. 🔥🥰🔥

Serious chili heads only.
I've tried all of the hottest sauces I could find in Jackson TN. Being disappointed by every one I turned to Amazon. Based on various articles this sauce is up there with the hottest non-extract based sauces. At 800k scoville units this is a serious sauce. The smell was wonderful. I tried one drop on a piece of pizza, it tasted great but the burn was shockingly mild. I then reverted to my roots as a hardcore redneck. I poured a line on the pizza like it was weak. This was a major mistake. I ate quickly since I started to feel the burn. Within 5 minutes I bolted outside to spare my 2.5 and 4 year old their father's agony. I felt the tickling in my throat like I was hit with pepper spray (I had a friend spray me once, great friend). My eyes, nose, and mouth were watering. But the taste was honestly fantastic. Some milk and sour cream later my mouth and throat were numb. It took approximately 2 hours for me to recover. I was thrilled. From now on I will reserve this for chili, gumbo, and various other dishes. The taste is wonderful. I strongly recommend for anyone seeking a hot sauce with flavor and crazy heat.

Great flavor but not very hot
I'm disappointed that it isn't hotter than Dave's Ghost Pepper but it has a very nice black pepper type heat and flavor. Overall, It is very good but the cost puts it out of the range of something l'm likely to use daily.

Add it to Franks Red Hot.
I fill up the neck of a 23oz bottle of franks red hot with this stuff when I get a new one, it’s typically empty but you might have to use some if not. Shake well and enjoy. It adds a bit of kick and the tastes work well together for everyday stuff, breakfast eggs, pizza etc…anything you typically use franks for but you want a bit of heat as well.

Awsome Sauce!!!
I love this hot sauce!! I finally have something that is hot enough for me! For years I have searched for a hot sauce that is hot enough and stores never have any. But then I ordered this, and it tastes good and its hot. I must say though it is not as hot as I expected and personally I wish it where hotter! But how can I complain? This is better than anything else I have tried. I now use this stuff on most everything. I was also happy to see that my sauce contained Habanero, Naga, and Scorpion peppers and I am hoping that in the future Blair's will release a new hotter sauce containing the Carolina Reaper. I recommend this sauce for all of you hot sauce junkies out there! I just wish it came in a larger bottle as I have had this for about a day and I'm already about half way through.

Not bad, but it could be better.
Had my initial taste test. While it's definitely hot, i don't necessarily see a significant difference in heat compared to Dave's. I mean Dave's Naga Jolokia extract sauce. However, my main problem with it is the viscous consistency of the sauce. I put a few drops in a bowl of ramen noodles. I got it out of the microwave, and the water wasn't hot. The drops only dissolved with difficulty. Dave's is more like a liquid. I pour a few drops in a bowl, and it comes out of the microwave with the water sizzling.
