73 yr old senior who lost my gallbladder over 30 years ago. No one has ever connected my "IBS"and daily 5-6 unmanageable bowel movements, my increasingly limited ability to eat almost anything (meat, eggs, dairy, raw veges) to the gallbladder loss. Youtube is one phenomenal educator. At first I tried using Ox Bile which did not seem to change things. Then I tried Source Naturals Essential Enzymes. It is a game changer for me. I eat muesli for breakfast with tea. The capsules have a mild appetite supressant, I take one with each meal. The help with digesting protein as well as carbs and dairy. Easy to swallow. And ultimately, having a clean bowel, for me at least, means great pain relief overall. I most highly recommend this supplement to those in similar situations.

Fantastic product that helps with digestion. This has replaced lactaid and interestingly, has helped with acid reflux. After eating a heavy meal, these capsules help me digest and feel "lighter" (not as lethargic) afterwards. You can dose easily based on how heavy of a meal you're taking, or just take one with each meal. I'm a repeat customer, and will continue to be. I love these pills.

Excellent Product. Just so you know, if you experience some flatulence. Not to worry it does go away after you continue using the product and your body gets used to the Enzymes. Definitely helps with the digestion of Milk Protein and Peanut Protein.

I love these! I’ve been using them for a while and they really seem to help with digestion, especially with dairy for me. I just take one with my food and can definitely tell a difference. The big 240-count bottle is nice too because I’m not constantly having to reorder them. These have become something I always keep on hand and will continue to buy.

I’ve used this for years! It has been excellent for gut health, by helping the digestive process. I often take extra if I’ve overeaten, or feel bloated. It helps to ensure I have regular daily BMs and excellent for immunocompromised health particularly when coupled with monolaurin.

I was recently diagnosed with silent Crohn's and my sister recommended I try enzymes to help digest some of my favorite foods that cause me to flare up (mainly raw veggies and salad). The ones she suggested were insanely expensive so I decided to give these a try instead. I notice a HUGE difference when I take them before meals vs. when I don't. I am also on an infusion and based on blood work it looks like that is helping some, but these enzymes have really reduced the bloating and made going to the bathroom "normal" again. I can't tell you how much a relief that is. No unwanted side effects that I have noticed. I use about 3-4 over the course of the day. When I don't take them, the bloating returns and I'm visiting the bathroom more often than I'd like to. Overall, will continue to use these and so happy it doesn't cost a ton out of pocket to do so.
