Very attractive, sturdyWill use in garden for a tour in early summer

We have several permanent plants in our gardens, especially roses. We need to keep track of their specifics, such as their names and types. I tried using plastic labels that I could stick into the soil, but after one season they literally disintegrated. My original order from last year are still perfect, BUT I have to admit because I am somewhat of a perfectionist and need quite a bit of information on each tag, I used a different marker with a finer point. I am so enthralled with the looks, sturdiness, and longevity of these nametags, I have, over the course of the year, ordered two additional sets as we have expanded our gardens. A wonderful advantage of these tags is that one can write on BOTH sides of the tag. I write the name and specifics of the plant on the front and the source or other information on the back. The slate is relatively smooth yet rustic, and easy to write on. The wire hanger is very sturdy and tall enough to be eye catching in the garden. They are well packed for shipping. I must say that I can find no fault in this item at all. I guess that is why I keep buying them!

I used for my fairy garden. They are sturdy and nice looking. The marker that comes with them is not great.

All of the slates arrived in great condition and I'm very happy with them. The one bummer was the marker. It started out bright white for the first few, then I noticed I had to keep tracing over the letters, then eventually it would barely work. You can see from the pic, toward jalapeño pepper, it's barely visible. I tested the durability of it with water on it...the first few slates held up strong, the others washed away, so with that being said I ordered a different marker from another company. Hopefully I'll have better results. I would recommend washing the slates first before writing on them because they were a bit dusty.

Great product...super strong and good looking in my planter box.

These are very nice. The writing is still there and clear ev4n after several wayerings and serious rain storms. Just be careful handlind as the edges are sharp.

Product is great- but the pen is not waterproof, just washes right off. Not great for an outdoor product!
