Love the bright pink color! I recommend putting the contents in a jar. When you open the bag, powder will burst out.

Doesn’t hold color through heat
If you want to bake something with this sort color, opt for purple sweet potato powder. This is good for frosting or other things that don’t need to go in the oven.

It's okay
This stuff is okay but I much prefer the frozen dragon fruit in the freezer section of the grocery store. Gives my smoothies a little more density than this powder.
