Assorted Tootsie Frooties - 1.5 lbs of Delicious Assorted Bulk Wrapped Candy

I’m From Chicago but live in Miami now and recently when I went back home and I couldn’t find this candy anywhere. Not at the corner strores i went too and it’s cold so the candy lady wasn’t out. And all me and my best friend who doesn’t live in the city anymore as well, wanted was some frooties.So me and her took a road trip to universal and I surprised her with this bag. She loved it. It reminded us of our childhood in the city. Cause we some city kids to the core, no matter where we live now.Anywho the candy cane in great fro the drive up to Orlando, during and back. She took candy back home with her and I had some left over to share at work. I’m like this chicago candy try it. Everyone in the office loved the flavors.Really great purchase. Will definitely buy again.

These were sold as penny candy at a public beach on the lake. The taste is exactly as I remember. The fruit flavor is similar to what you would get from Laffy Taffy but with greater flavor variety and a slightly softer chew. There appears to be an even amount of each of the flavors provided in the bag. My mix included: watermelon, fruit punch, strawberry lemonade, strawberry, mango, lemon lime, green apple, blue raspberry, grape, and sour cherry.

I remembered loving these as a kid and wondered if I still would. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I did! I was concerned that they might be hard or stale from warehouse storage but they were soft and chewy. The flavors are just like I remember, artificial of course, but bright and flavorful. The assortment of flavors was good too, not just a bunch of one. They came sealed in a plastic bag. Would order again.

The product was ok. The flavor was ok, except it was sticky and messy to remove and eat.

I love these!!! But the only thing is I wish the bag came full like the pic instead of half a bag. Now I did receive the package that was open a bit on the side of amazon package and also the candy bag was open a bit on top corner so I don’t know if some spilled out or if that’s how they come half of bag
