Bought two of these to replace the generic first aid kits in my truck and wifes car. After having to break open my generic first aid kit when a car crash happened right in front of us, I realized, just how inadequate those first aid kits really are. I was in need of simple medical stuff like gauze and a compress to stop some bleeding from busted windows. Those generic kits only have simple band aids and a few other odds and ends. This made me realize that what if I had needed an item to really save someones life, especially a loved one!! So, I purchased these to create my own stocked trauma/first aid kits. This thing can carry quite a bit of gear for its small size. I stocked it with gauze, clotting agent, CAT, medical gloves, medication, emergency blanket, elastic compress, medical scissors, band aids of various sizes, and a few other odds and ends. This thing is busting at the seems, but I have a ton of medical stuff in it!! Love it!!

You can barely fit things into it neatly. its huge dont get me wrong, but if youre attaching this to a plate carrier or battle belt or bag, just dont.This would be fine to keep in your car for like a tourniquet and some boo boo stickers.Spend the $5-10 more and get a better one with and organizer or smaller oneif you plan to put actual IFAK fillers into it.

Tactical first aid Molle is a perfect fit to my tactical rucksack. Item is large enough to storing of my medical kit and other items as necessary making it a must. Purchase with confidence as has numerous usage; will be purchasing another one for my vehicle.

Pouch is OK for the price and should be fine as a first aid kit in a home or vehicle . Doubtful it will take a lot of abuse and use , but am pleased with the price and should be fine as a car and home first aid pouch .Would buy again as long as it was around the $7.00 range .

Decent IFAK, holds everything you would find in an average sized kit. I bought this thinking it was smaller than it actually is, but will keep it. It is not tear away. Fine for the $$$. Shipping could be faster.

Love the value in this pouch, perfect for any of the following bushcraft fire kit/mess kit/toiletries/IFAK. A few loose threads , but easily tended to.

Bigger than expected. Internal elastic straps feel like they are worn.
