So far the machine is working great. It took a minute to get going as there were no directions shipped in the box but so far so good and it was easily corrected for assembly after I contacted the company.

Absolutely a great product ! Easy to use . Very supportive, and can even be transported easily , I had a death in the family and had to take this on a long trip I carried it in the back of a small truck it folddd down and was easily ready to use . I couldn’t do without it !

I am so glad I got this for my parents, now my mom can handle my dad all by herself without using her strength or the help of others to move him around, she can move him from the bed to the wheelchair, to the shower and the most important she can get him up from the floor if he falls, we feel better knowing that my mom can handle my dad all by herself when they have to stay all alone. The lift is in great condition after a year with no issues at all, except one of locks on the wheels it arrived broken in half but it still works. Make sure always open the bottom legs and always push the sling forward or back when pushing someone into a couch or bed, never swing or push the sling to the sides because it can make the whole lift fall to the sides and hurt someone with the heavy metal.

Seems to be well built. It was a "just in case" purchase as a family member has been subject to falls and I'm no longer able to lift them off the floor without mechanical assistance.

Excellent quality for the price; much better than the Hoyer brand rental through Medicare. Sturdier and much easier to use. I took a ride in it to check for safety before using for Dad: feels like being maneuvered around in an undersized hammock. Easier to lock open the feet of the unit than the name brand, easier to crank the lift, smoother operation, and sturdier (the lock handle for the feet of the name brand was flimsy and got bent). The only drawback was that it was a bit time consuming to assemble.

Very easy to use and a must have in our home. We are able to transport 91 year old grandmother effortlessly and without injuries to ourselves or her. A definite lifesaver! Update: As luck would have it, the hydraulic pump just stopped functioning. Now we will be without the machine until we can get it repaired or replaced. We haven’t had the lift for three months yet and it is already not working. In the process of tracking down the contacts. I will keep you all updated.

I love the ProBasic Patient Lift - Hydraulic Patient Body Lift For In Home Use, is a miracle for me to have. My daughter has had multiple strokes and is unable to lift herself without assistance, unable to stand or walk alone without the assistance of a walker and someone by her side at all times. There are times when I am unable to lift her. The lift is so helpful to me and she feels very safe riding in it. The Lift is very easy to use. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!

This lift is very awkward to use. I needed something that I could use by myself to get my husband off of the floor when he fell. He cannot get up at all by himself. The bottom rails will not go under our bed. It is very heavy. It does not lift high enough. It does not swivel. I would love to send it back.
