Price to protein ratio is good. But the malt dextrin is not a good filler. They could have lowered overall weight to less than 1 kg but just to make it 1 kg they add malt dextrin 6g per scoop, which is not something that should be there in that quantity in a whey protein. Taste is mildly sweet. Don’t know if it’s because of malt dextrin or they added sugars. Product is good in mixability and it's easy to digest , it's value for money as it's good in taste also .better than asitis and muscleblaze raw whey .bigmuscles good work done ,good quality product at this cost is a very well done job .

BIG MUSCLES CRUDE WHEY. I have already consumed the product for two months so there are few things I would like to share n please do have a read till end as I have given detail review about my personal use. Taste- pretty much like normal raw whey protein but on a sweeter side Mixibility- decent enough if u shake the protein for 10sec it will dissolve completely in water. Effectiveness- VERY GOOD. ( As I am using this product in cutting phase. I didn't loose any strength neither I gained weight) Guys it's a very cost effective protein in Indian market n a very decent protein to add to Ur supplement stack along with a PROPER DIET towards which u are working. Maltradoxine is processed form of sugar with GI VALUE that means it will be easily digested by your body. Just like glucose has high GI value. I don't know why there is so much fuss about it. It's just a filler in the protein. Maltradoxine is not harmful, don't be so ignorant guys. 16g of maltradoxine in 1kg of whey protein is almost negligible. The lables says 6g of carbs that doesn't meant entire 6gm comes from maltradoxine whey concentrate does contains some carbs in it. A concentrate protein contains from 2.5 to 3.5 gm of carbs in it. Maltradoxine will make u fat not good for fat loss.... Guys as long as u are in calorie defect diet u cannot gain fat. Be smart not ignorant fool. I use their crude whey in morning upon waking up n the Real and Raw whey after workout. I use their bcaa throughout the day. I am losing fat n weight from my body. All I want to say it's a very good n effective protein in indian market at this range. It's a great effort made by the BM nutrition to make whey available to all kinds of sports person. Go for this protein it's definitely worth it for everyone. Whether it's beginner or intermediate or an advance lifter.

For cheap its good whey protein. You get protein + carbs from maltodextrin. My 2nd purchase is on the way. 3rd purchase and i got this packet without branding. Bigmuscles nutrition has original as well as fake items also which are sold by cloudtail so beware after receiving the product open and check as outer cover is same but internal packing is different. Amazon is saying the product is genuine and still have any issue contact manufacturer worst purchase made and 749rs wasted. Please guys buy original product when you receive open and check the item if you find fake report it ***UPDATE 5th OCT 2020*** Firstly would like to talk about the packaging design for rich chocolate & Caffe latte it's worst like it's so narrow opening that getting out the inside plastic packet in which the powder is packed is a big task also even if you put your hand inside the zip packet taking out a scoop with powder in it ends up in spilling the powder inside the zip pouch. I would suggest big muscles to stop such packaging design and provide the design which is given to unflavoured 1kg pack its way better and comfortable to use. Now talking about the two flavours its purely maltodextrin with flavours, if you dont believe me try to buy a small packet of complex carb supplement and experience it. The powder is so light that when you take a scoop and empty in shaker most of the powder is blown in air if you take any good quality actual whey protein you wont observe such issue. Secondly the shake is not at all thick its just like glucose mixed in water its so watery. Thirdly you wont get a feeling of drinking whey protein as it doesnt taste nor seems like a protein shake. Trust me guys if you have used complex carbs supplement you will agree to my review the flavour version are so much sticky, watery shake, light weighted gets blown in air never observed such issue in any indian or internation protein. Atleast the unflavour version is something like whey which gives a feeling of drinking whey protein shake. But now am done with this brand its purely maltrodexin. I regret buying the two flavours which i thought would be great for testing. Seriously guys get any complex carbs supplement 299 -349 for 1kg and compare this with it you will agree to my review. I wont buy crude whey any variant from now.

I loved the product. First of all amazing service by Amazon. I received my product damaged. I contcated amazon and they refunded the amount to my account so I bought the product again and received a genuine item. Consumed 1kg. Brilliant results. Significant size gain. I wouldn't worry about the malt dextrin. It's just 2 gram malt per serving. And it's a very common ingredient in most drinks. I mean c'mon we all grew up drinking Bournvita and that's 51% malt the last I checked. I took two scoops per day. And I gained a significant lean muscle mass off of 1kg protein with a diet of about 160grams protein per day.

It's Just To fulfill my protein requirements After Daily workout . One more Thing When I Drink the protein in shaker always protein stick with my Shaker I daily wash It but I Already used other brand But These problem with only with Crude whey . It’s flavoured milk powder

The Malai Kulfi flavour is a bit overwhelming. I wish the unflavoured option comes back. Either way, this product has one of the highest ratio of 60% protein (24g / 40g scoop). Earlier it was 24g / 38g. If the 2g extra is due to Malai Kulfi, I really don't need that.

The product is so good that it's even simply soluble in both water and milk in few shakes.The absorbency rate Is also fine. I have been using this product from the last one month. I personally didn't experience any side effects by using this product . I have received one more packet of the same one few days ago and using it regularly . I can see some visible changes in my physique and strength too. Though it's an unflavoured one it's exactly tastes like a milk powder and I like it . You can even find more flavours in the same series of the product. I received a scooper too inside the packet . This product is so reliable for the beginners who wish to build a decent and athletic body💪 You can even see a barcode sticker on the packet and scan it to get to know that the product is a verified one .
