How much powder equals one egg.?

I worked it out from the package. 42 eggs in 500gms. This equates to 11gms of powder for an egg, add to 33gms water.

Are the eggs free range?

Sorry can’t answer your question, but please don’t buy this product. I tried, was told it was on the way and then failed to arrive. Contacted seller who said ‘damaged in transit’ did I want a re-delivery, I said yes, they said wait 3-5 days. Still never arrived! Tried for refund told no refund on this product under A to Z rules?

How much protein p/100g?

According to packaging there is 42 eggs worth of powder, BUT NO nutritional information. So at roughly 6g protein per egg you might get 252g in the 500g bag or 50g protein per 100g egg powder. My best guess that is, nothing more.

Is this made using british organic eggs? thank you :)

I couldn't see the country of origin on the pack, however the packaging has two symbols displayed on the pack: Soil Association Approved Organic and the European leaf symbol for organic produce and the letters GB ORG 05 EU Agriculture mark. The expiry date is Dec 2023 on my pack. Might be worth contacting the company if you require more specific details.
