Velveeta Mild Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce (4 oz Pouches, Pack of 3)

This stuff is great. I use it for nachos and tacos.I used to get a similar product (different brand) in 15oz cans. That's a tad cheaper than this, but since I'm usually just making a meal or a snack for 1 person, you've got a lot leftover.These packs are perfect... you get a little less (3x 4oz packages) but the cost is about the same, but there's no waste because I don't have to remember to use the rest of it up before it goes bad.One of my favorite ways to use these is to squeeze it out into a bowl, microwave it for 20 seconds 3x (stir between each time), add some jalapeno slices, and dip chips in it. Delicious! A quick and easy snack.Other times I'll cook up some chicken, add some taco seasoning, heat this cheese up and have some chicken tacos or burritos.

Excellent pre-made cheese sauce. Most stores I go to carry the regular Velveeta cheese sauce but this Queso Blanco sauce is very good and excellent for fixing up broccoli or cauliflower and helps add a nice flavor to ground meat based stovetop dishes and casseroles. It’s all ready to go, just pour it into or onto your desired dish and mix it in. It makes things extra tasty and special. It’s too bad that not many stores carry this, but the brick and mortar stores’ loss is Amazon’s gain.

I like the original Velveeta cheese sauce; so I thought I’d give this a try. This Mild Queso cheese sauce it’s just plain salty no spiciness to it at all. If you use it to put in potatoes or vegetables make sure you don’t use any sauce and it’ll taste fine!!! Otherwise it’s just plain salty!!!!The original cheese sauce I use sometimes to dip my chips in and I tried this mild queso cheese sauce to dip my chips in and it was like eating pure salt!!!!

This is my new favorite go-to cheese for sauces! Mild and delicious! Add it to beans for a yummy bean dip, or peppers & onions for a delicious queso dip!

The price is appropriate for convenience as the packs allow for the ease of using just the right amount while preserving the remaining contents. I tend to like things that are on the saltier side. However, i applied some of the packet directly on to some fajitas that were purposely under-seasoned and it ruined the taste. The next day and with a clean pallet I took some and microwaved it and tasted it "straight up" and it was extremely salty. If you know how to cut the saltiness down or stretch it among a lot of other flavors, it may still be a good product. However, in my household we will not be purchasing these again based upon how salty it is.

I have put it on bean burritos, in scalloped potatoes, on baked potatoes, in macaroni. Love that you don't have to use the whole packet after you open it, just roll the top over and stand it upright in the frig till the next time.

So freakin' yummy. I'm hooked. Best nachos EVER. I highly recommend adding salsa to the cheese for the ultimate deliciousness. You can thank me later.

For a processed cheese product, this is honestly really good. I don't typically even eat velveeta. I loved this cheese sauce though, so I reordered.
