This is a nice quality product. It looks nice in our bathroom and does its job. Customer service is outstanding.

Important - this is a towel warmer not a room heater. For it to work properly it must be covered (smothered) in towels (insulated) otherwise it may not heat up properly (this goes for all towel warmers). This towel warmer works well - we have 4 towels hanging on it with the top one draped over and hanging down, and the towels are nice and hot when you get out of the shower in the morning. Haven't really tried the timer (actually wish it was available without the timer but instead with a proper ON/OFF switch to allow an external timer to turn it on in the early morning hours in the summer).Installation is ok. The 4 mounting legs/arms should be factory installed and aligned for 2 reasons. First there is some leeway in their positioning (they install onto a curved surface) and getting all 4 to sit flat against a wall is a bit tricky . The second reason is that when the thing stops working and you buy a replacement it is almost impossible to match the 8 screws holes to the previous ones making for a not so clean second installation.This is my second unit. The first one operated for 6 months before it wouldn't stay on - I press the On button and the unit would turn off after 5 seconds. So I have replaced it with a new one. If this one fails it will be the last Odass model I will purchase. I have a Warmrails model in my other bathroom and it has operated for over 10 years. I bought this one because I liked the look of it (in black) and because the unit was curved providing more space between the towel rails and the wall (think folded towels and the depth they require when draped over a rail). All in all I like the unit and hope this one doesn't stop working.

Easy to install and a quick extra warm towel!

I didn't notice right away and then was too late. Installed it and it works but the item I got is crooked as evidenced on pictures. Manufacturer in Quebec with unhelpful customer service

Product works well. Aligning all the holes for sinkers is difficult for installation. Do not like that the unit will not display temperature setting in fahrenheit.

In a word, disappointing! The installation was not "easy" as the verbiage reads. There are no templates for placing the anchors, so be prepared to use a measuring tape and a level among other tools along with some basic math skills. The power cord was sufficient to reach an outlet. Installation takes about 30 minutes.Now, let's discuss the real disappointment, temperature. The heat is uneven with the top of the rack being significantly warmer than the bottom. Given I can rest my hand on the bottom of the rack while the heat has been on for 30 minutes, I sincerely doubt the temperature rises to the lower 113 degrees. Suffice it to say that if your expectation is a hot towel, this is not likely the rack you want.Update Feb: We were robbed! We don't even turn it on anymore. Spend your hard earned money on a better product.

For a hardwire installation, the faceplate provided doesn't fit the standard US electrical box, I'm contacting the manufacturer for either a right sized faceplate or will have to return.

I bought this towel heater two years ago, it is expensive but it is the best thing i ever bought. It is amazing in humid days and it is great in winter. It has been on all the time, color did not fade and still works great. It is not cheap but it is worth the money, i would recommended. nice produc

I would highly recommend this brand. Do NOT order Sharpeye Towel Warmer. I ordered one on the 25th of October through Prime and still have not received the product or refund. Thank goodness the Odass one was received. Customer service at Amazon has not been the most helpful with this issue either. All is good if everything goes smoothly but not very good for issues. I have called several times and keep being told to give more time. Read reviews and I hope nobody has to go through what I have.

The bars get hot, but I have had trouble getting effective, even warmth in the towels. I downgraded from bath sheets to bath towels with ridges and have to thread them through the bars in order to get enough warmth in the towels.These only have off-timers. You turn them on and you can choose an off time of 2 or 4 hours. I would like to be able to set them to turn on an hour before my shower since I shower as soon as I get up. I can't use a plugin timer as I hardwired them in.
