Good product but false claims

I did not like this product and returned it. I could tell the instructions were translated from another language since they had grammatical errors and did not make sense. I had to try and figure how to use it myself. I tried it on a couple of skin tags. I tried it on a larger one on multiple settings and did not work. I then tried it on a smaller one and same results. All I could smell is burnt skin.

I'm sorry but if anyone is saying this product doesnt work, that means you are not using it correctly! I watched youtube videos before I bought so i know. Trial and error. I had at least 100 small moles on my face, over 100 on neck, chest and stomach and over the course of a week I got rid of them all. My face, neck. Chest and stomach are 100% mole free. I also did my inlaws face and neck. So please watch videos because it works! Saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars from going to dermatologist. The first 2 pics are some of my moles before. 3rd and 4th are after and 5th and 6th are the first day of zapping. 7th puc is first day of zapping some on my neck. 8th pic is after healing.In one week all scabs are gone. Make sure to keep neosporin on 2 to 3 times a day. I bought this exact one but it has a different name now.

You can NOT make sense of the directions. I just got this and just wow! I am afraid to use it because there the instructions aren’t readable.
