very nice product that was fitted in less than 10 minutes, just unscrew the old light fitting and afix the new one. The effect of the twisted braided spider legs of the light allowed great placement of where we needed lighting, ie over worktop, cooker, sink etc. used with 40w led light bulbs the effect is great and more than bright enough in a 12x18ft room. The only negative we could find was the size of the hooks to hold the cable to the ceiling , these could have been perhaps 4/5cm long, but this may have just been a problem we had screwing them in to plasterboard. ~Overall was very happy and got the next size down for my study

Easy to install, long cable length that can be adjusted to how ever long you need, does the job perfectly

Returned as our ceilings are quite low and it was ridiculously large considering - quality seemed good and hubby fitted it with no problem, it just didn’t look right in the room it was intended for. The return was straightforward and no quibble

Happy on the whole with the item. Bit tricky to hang on your own as taking the weight of item whilst connecting wires etc by normal. Came without hooks and as sold by third party, all Amazon will offer is a return which isn’t much good when you’ve already gone through the effort of hanging the thing. Ordered some separately for a few pounds. Otherwise would have marked higher

For starters this item arrived in parts in a torn box. When I opened the courier bag the box was torn, it’s not a branded item. The metalwork is flimsy and cheap. The bulb holderq ceramics are brittle, one has cracked already. There were supposed to 5 hooks, there were 2 in the box, no rawl plugs have been supplied. The hooks are not as good as shown in the picture, they’re silver ones the that have been poorly sprayed black. Luckily I only wanted this item to use for various parts, otherwise it’s cheaply made and a real poor effort to be considered as a decorative fixture in a home. Do not buy!

Easy to fit but need two pairs of hands just to hold stuff. The twisted cables are super long and it’s all decent quality.

Nice lights but not obvious how to open lampholder. If anyone has worked this out please share.
