Had actually been looking at a competing retailer that had 1 pair for a higher price for the Wonderwin arch supports. Stumbled on this retailer and I am glad I did. These fit snugly and the arch supports themselves are broad; they actually have a large coverage area. I have a very high arch and most arch supports barely have any affect. By themselves (walking around with only these on), I can barely feel the actual arch support itself. However, the silicone gel band gives a good snug support without being uncomfortable. They are easily stretched before putting them on and then they slowly begin to tighten to a good snug fit. You do have to be careful putting on socks over these as they have a tendency to roll up as you pull your socks on. Once you put on your shoes, the actual arch support comes into play. Because it covers a large area of your arch, they do not get tiring like some of the small area gel inserts that are not much bigger than a half dollar. I recently developed PF in my left foot and needed some new shoes. Even with shoes that claimed they were for high arches, I still need more support and these fit the bill. I just got these today, and I am already feeling a difference in both of my feet. They are soft but very supportive. I am very glad I bought these.

I was having trouble with foot pain while running and had been in PT for 18 months after a serious injury to my leg which prevented me from walking. After recovering and spending many months training, this foot pain re-cropped up. My PT gave me exercises but I was seriously concerned about having pain on the course and not being able to finish. I bought this and 3 other things. I tried them out literally the week of the race and figured I could just throw it away on the course if it didn't help or harmed me in some way. IT WAS AMAZING. I had no pain, it didn't rub, and bothered me in no way for the entire 26.2 miles, even though I broke the cardinal rule and "tried something different" right before the race. I ended up using them again on a backpacking trip through europe in some boots that didn't have much support and again, they were great. I have high arches that collapse when I bare weight, and it works for me too, it's not just for flat feet or plantar. Super happy!

I have several issues with my feet, most notably plantar fasciitis. I wasn't sure how these would feel, if they would help, or overall if these would be a waste of my money or time even trying them. I have been using them for a couple of days now and I am pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't say that they totally relieve the plantar fasciitis, but they are comfortable. The only problem that I have had is getting them placed in the correct spot.I do wish that there was something in the box that gives a basic description of the the different placement positions that these would good to try. I understand that everyone's foot issues are a bit different, but a little instructions might help.

Super quick delivery through Amazon! These arch supports work very well! I'm honestly quite surprised about how drastically it reduces the daily pain. I have plantar fasciitis and am flat footed. All in the left foot. Right foot is just fine. I wear these supports on each foot and it's really comfortable. The test was when I wore the supports with flip flops. Put in about 6 hours of being on my feet. I was bragging about how I felt no pain.

I love these new supports. I have been wearing them pretty much since I took them out of the box. Comfort is key for me, and these supports are very comfortable to me. I will say that I have noticed less pain in my feet, but it is still very early to tell if they have my feet on the road to recovery. My feet are in really bad shape from all the walking I do at work, but a small difference is a win for me. I definitely will buy these again as needed.

I use a great deal of silicon items, and they usually stand the wear. These are very tight, and feel like wearing a rock under your foot after a few minutes. At first you think it's great, but then realize as time goes on that it's not a good feeling. I switched to a wrap-around ankle support.

Not a fan. There were no instructions as to how to put them on or where they go on your feet. The part for arch support hurt unless you walked on carpet. The part on top was floppy - be careful walking barefoot as you could trip.

These were good until lasted. I've attached an image of the result of a few uses. For the time I had them they provided comfort but they get tangled up every time which was a little extra work but didn't mind as it was a need of comfort. I hope they use better quality
