Woodworking
I have enjoyed this book, I have picked out 3 projects, I intend to buld, most projects are good, there are only a couple I do not like. There are basic boxes to more complicated tables. All project look like they can be done by most woodworkers with some skill.

A great addition to my woodworking library
Handmade Furniture is a great source for inspiration, especially for the beginning woodworker. The illustrations are great and they have given me a lot of ideas for future projects. I think this book is a great fit for the first or second year woodworker.

Elegant and Simple Projects for Those Interested in Joinery
As a woodworker, I read a ton of books like this one, and tend to classify them in two camps: 1) the joint and glue books and 2) the screws and nails books. Obviously, the screws and nails books are designed for once-in-a-while carpenters and people who may not have the tools, patience, or experience for a joint and glue approach. This book is definitely a joint and glue book, covering a range of nice joints for joining up most of the projects. If you're just getting into joint work, say moving from using only a biscuit joiner or only lap joints, you'll probably find this book useful. If you don't have many tools, this may be more of an idea book for you. This is a book that was first published in 2011 and is now out in a new, revised, beautiful version for 2014. As the title makes clear, it's a project book, meaning that it moves through the steps required to make such things as an endgrain cutting board, dove-tailed cutting boards, small tables, larger tables, some cabinets, and a range of boxes.Overall, I enjoyed my first pass through this book and am now enjoying building some of the projects. There are many simple, clean designs here to follow and tweak.
