I bought these shoes for a mother of the groom wedding outfit. I love the look and they are beautiful shoes. I bought my regular size 9 and that seems fine but the shoes are a bit narrow. I even looked at the box to see if they were 9N but it only said 9. I had no problem putting my toes under the "toe strap" but the area in front was a bit narrow and behind the strap the edge of my foot slightly "stuck out". I am keeping the shoes because I love them and didn't see where you could order a 9W in their place. I have never worn or narrow or needed a wide. If you have looked for silver strap sandals with a very low heel, you will know that you cannot find this shoe anywhere else. The heel is 1 1/2 inches and even a 2 inch heel would be hard on my knees at 78 years old. These are "classy" looking shoes and are comfortable other than being a little too narrow on the base. I may add an "invisible" arch support for sandals to help alleviate knee pain. However, all in all I am thrilled with the look of the shoe and feel lucky to have found them.

Very comfortable

I am very pleased with these shoes. It took a while to get them so be warned that they are coming from out of country. But I messaged the seller and they were very nice to put a bit of a rush on them as I needed them for my son's wedding and ordered them a month ago. They are a perfect heel height, comfortable, and very pretty. I could not find anything like them anywhere else and I am very very happy.

Shoes fit short

I usually wear size 5.5 in USA but they didn't have half sizes so I ended up ordering a 6 which came to be way too large! I requested a return and they contact me explaining that they could tailor it to me! They sent me a chart and instructions on how to measure my feet and I followed. Additionally the strap was way too lose as well because I have very thin feet and they also took care of it! I have added pictures of the large initial sandals and the custom-made replacement.I absolutely love my sandals and I'll be wearing them on my wedding day! I can't thank them enough! What a fan static customer experience! Thank you!

I like the look of the shoe when it came I tried it on and it just doesn’t fit my foot. It was too short and I really didn’t feel secure the way the back Weiss with the ankle strap.
