I have been taking this for about a month. The product is high quality. I do intermittent fasting and this helps curb my hunger. My weight fluctuates naturally, but I have noticed my clothes fit better, despite not seeing much change on the scale (6 pounds so far). I do wish that the pills were 850 mg, so I could just take one at a time, but overall great product!

This stuff really works. I notice a difference when i take it and when I don't take it. Only thing is my stomach is a little sensitive to it and it makes me have to use the restroom. Not a complaint though cause I'd rather get all the waste out of my body and lose weight.

Hi, I just finished my third bottle of Green Coffee Bean Extract, I am giving this review because this product does work, unlike others I have used. I also ordered three more bottles (a great price break if you buy three at a time) and am starting them now. I wouldn't miss a day! They honestly do make you feel full before you begin to eat. I eat enough to make myself satisfied but I am able to stop eating before I make a pig of myself. I eat about half of what I used to eat and have managed to lose weight. I was just gaining a little at a time until my clothes got so tight I had to size up. Now I am sizing down again, thank goodness. I believe you will like this product as much as I do. You have to take them before your big meals and not forget, though. A great product!!

I wasn't sure I wanted to add an additional supplement but I'm glad I did. My body had to adjust a little at first but not a big deal. I can tell the added benefits to my diet and exercise and I highly recommend.
