Easy to use it’s relaxing, works well for dry eye relief. I call it my mini eye spa.

I purchased this eye mask at the request of my doctor for pending eye surgery. It works great. Elastic band stays firm on the head. I have not needed it for swelling of the eyes but one can place it in the microwave if needed. I use it for holding my eye patch. It shuts out the light really well.

Like the fact the exterior can be washed. I take caution to put the satin side toward the soft side of Velcro so it doesn’t snag. I also use a paper towel against my eyes when using to minimize needed washing.

I like the oils in the wipes. After I wipe my eye lids I wipe my face. They are good for my dry skin.

Delivery took a while, but it did come from the UK, so it was to be expected. I love this mask. I heat it up in the microwave and apply it to my eyes and the mask itself is comfortable enough to fall asleep in, totally blocks light.

Liked the idea of the removable cover BUT it’s very awkward inserting the warm compress back in…it cools off by the time it’s back in.

I've purchased 3 over the years and this eye relief patch is perfect to help sore and dry eyes.

i just received the package several minutes ago. I am really disappointed with the package. It came in with a big outer brown paper bag however the masks and wipes all scattered and dropped out of the original boxes. Eyes are every sensitive to any bacteria, the mask even has no plastic bag to ensure it is clean. I can't believe this is the quality from eye doctor. i have to wash the masks before i feel comfortable to put it on my eyes....so no comment about how it is while using. This is also the reason why i still give 3 now. Hope this is still a good product though it came in bad package.

Works well. Good quality. 10 secs in microwave and it’s ready to go. Use it for dry eyes along with the wipes. Would buy again. Prefer this mask to the one sold at the opticians.

Die Maske funktioniert sehr gut, ist angenehm zu tragen und ist anpassungsfähig, mit den ganzen Kügelchen, somit sollte sie für alle Personen geeignet sein. Habe vorher ein nasses Handtuch verwendet und mit der Maske ist das jetzt um einiges einfacher und angenehmer :) Hab sie bisher zum Kühlen und zum Wärmen verwendet, wobei ich finde das die Temperatur zum Kühlen der Augen etwas zu gering ist, obwohl ich den Innenbeutel mit den Kugeln wie in der Anleitung beschrieben mindestens 2h im Gefrierfach abkühlen ließ. Aber da ich mir die Maske hauptsächlich zum Wärmen gekauft habe, ist das für mich vollkommen in Ordnung. Wärme hält die Maske sehr gut, man muss nur vorsichtig sein, dass man die Maske nicht zu lange in der Mikrowelle lässt, da sie ziemlich heiß wird und das beim aufsetzten dann schon unangenehm werden kann. Wärme wird auch mindestens für 15min auf einer guten Temperatur gehalten. Ich kann die Maske nur empfehlen und würde sie wieder kaufen, bisher gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Good quality product, only 20 seconds in a microwave to get them to the correct temperature.
