Struts Were Perfect and Its an Easy Install
I got the correct struts (unlike some other reviewers), I got them quickly, they fit perfectly and the ride improvement is great! The only problem I had doing the installation was access to the top three bolts (that was Ford not Monroe creating that problem) and with getting the bottom of the new strut aligned to put the bolt through (needed multiple prying tools). Those problems where minor and didn't have anything to do with the Monroe's construction of the strut. FYI, you will need a 30 MM socket, the tie rod end nut torque was 111 ft. lbs. and I used an impact wrench where I could. Overall, it was easy. Just in case your truck rides really rough, included are pictures of the old struts with the broken springs. The installation was on a 2008 F150 2WD. The reason for the strut replacement was that the original strut on the passenger side had a broken spring (a single coil up from the bottom of the spring).

very good
Monroe Struts are the way to go i love that fact that Monroe is still making good struts and very easy to put on and with doing an alignment did it the old-school way

Direct fit, relatively easy to install.
Installed these in my F150, rides well, be prepared to remove some hardware to get installed, a good pry bar helps.

Great value strut for truck
Have 2007 used F150 that had a leveling kit and the springs were rubbing against the upper control arm. Removed the spacer and installed these and it was a breeze. Each comes with 3 bolts (some reviews said they didn't) for the mount. The packaging could've been better (It just came in a box without any padding) but luckily no scratch.Been driving around for several months and so far, no issues.

arrived on time in good shape. these were really easy to install
arrived on time in good shape . these were really easy to install, just make sure you have all the right sockets that you need.i really wasn"t looking forward to doing this but it only took about an hour with air tools to complete.truck 2008 f150 rides and handles real good.one thing you need to do is to grind the paint off the lower end of the shock bolt holes because they fit really tight

Wrong bolts in strut...
This review is not based on the product itself. I purchased 2 new struts and during install had a BIG problem. The OEM is 10 X 1.5 studs on top that mount to the vehicle. They supplied new 10 X 1.5 nuts to install on the strut. The problem is that the bolts are 10 X 1.25. I almost ruined them installing the nuts with an impact driver. Luckily the parts stores had the tools to clean up the ruined threads and bring it back to 10 X 1.25. I then had to purchase new nuts that would fit what was existing. So don't use an impact on them or you could ruin them like I almost did. I was installing them on a leveling kit is why an impact was used.

As good or better than the OEM Struts!
I have an F-150 and replaced both OEM struts and the original shocks. Wow--what a difference! Tightened up the handling significantly--10 year old truck that rides like it just rolled off the lot. They went in easily and fit beautifully. I've had difficult experiences changing out struts before so I was a little leery but these went in very easily. If you have the right wrenches and socket sets, it is an easy install.

Not perfect but do the job.
These did not have the same extended length as my old shocks. Despite the figment chart indicating direct replacement. They did soften the ride well. Have sagged a bit since install. More than I would expect.
