You get what you pay for. As long as you follow the instructions properly they shouldn't fall out. It's a fun little thing to have for photos but that's about it. With a little force they come off but it's not that big of a problem as some reviewers make it out to be.Does this deserve one star? NoBut does it cost more than it should have? YesWhich is why I'm giving it four stars if I paid less for this I would've been happy.I ditched the top row of grills and only keep the bottom row and they work just fine they don't fall out or anything. They mould to your teeth good. I won't say perfectly but it's not bad.

On the instructions paper it said it shouldn’t of came in a box and mine didn’t ?

Not worth the money. The plastic inserts do not mould around teeth. They just fall out.
