Ever After High dolls are fully articulated -- the arms bend at the elbows, and the legs bend at the knees so the doll can "sit" properly, not like Barbie with the legs at at 90-degree angle -- the hands can be pulled off to remove the clothing (but be careful, because the little peg that snaps the hand back in can be broken). I have this and many other Ever After High dolls. You can mix and match their clothing with other Ever After High (or Monster High) dolls too. They will not fit Barbie clothing or shoes (too big for them).

Does this doll come with a stand?

Yes it does .. the stands for these dolls are always hidden within the box .. you must thoroughly look through / take apart box before throwing it out
