Oyen Digital U32 Shadow 1TB USB 3.1 External Hard Drive for Sony - PlayStation 4

I bought the "U32 Shadow 1 TB USB 3.0 External Backup Hard Drive for Sony Play Station 4" to use when I replaced my PS4 500 GB Hard Drive. I had a "full" 500 GB Hard Drive and the U32 Shadow has enough space and is already formatted and ready to receive the Gaming Data from the PS4 (Profile, Games, Saves, Updates, Apps, etc.).Before I did anything, I saved my Gaming Data from the old 500 GB Hard Drive to the U32 Shadow using the Menu options on the PS4. Once this was done, I removed the old 500 GB Hard Drive and installed the new Hard Drive. After installing the new Hard Drive and ensuring the new Hard Drive had an updated copy of the PS4 Operating Software, I then transferred the data from the U32 Shadow to the new Hard Drive. Once I transferred the Gaming Data using the PS4 Menu Options, I rebooted the PS4 and everything was like I had left it on the old 500 GB Hard Drive (Everything in its place and nothing missing).Great quality product!!!

Works really well, ive had since christmas 2016 and i have installed many games with no issues . The installation was very easy . Reinstalling software you will need a flash drive and just down load the software from the ps4 website. Its vwrg simple instructions . I use this on a PS4

But this terabyte for my PlayStation 4 still haven't used all the memory this is a great product for the price

It did exactly what I needed and backed up the contents of the hard drive space on my PS4. I followed a few simple steps, waited about 20 minutes for it to complete the process, and confirmed it finished. It couldn't have been easier.
