I purchased this pool cover as used like new. It arrived in the original box and in good condition. Upon installing the cover there was 8 anchors and 8 spring holders missing. The cover was also missing the step cover. I contacted the company and told them of the missing parts and that the step cover wasn't a problem that I had a hard cover for the steps. After a couple of txt back and forth and getting the right mfg. numbers for the company they replaced the missing parts. It took a few weeks to receive the parts however the company had told me it could be up to 3 to 6 weeks to receive the parts. The pool cover is durable and better made than I expected. The seller was pleasant to work with and they gave me periodic updates as to when the parts would arrive. I was very satisfied with the service and the product and the customer service of this company. I will be buying from them again in the future.

We love this cover. My son installed it for the second time - quick and easy. This is our second cover -. Having the other type that sit down in the pool - this is so such easier to have - no debris to clean off when you open and no worries of any one/animal that might fall into the other. Once you own this - you will never go back to the other type. And no water bags to store when you open.

I am very happy with our new pool cover. Definitely an exceptional price point! We had our pool company install it for us while winterizing. This cover is a professional grade and similar to what they use. The only difference is almost all pool covers come with a bag for winter storage and this one didn’t. Other than that this is an excellent purchase!!

I have a freeform pool and didn't want to spend the money for a custom cover. This cover is great and extremely durable. It was a larger than my pool so it hung over into the grass and it survived the winter with two big Rottweilers trampling on it. Surprisingly enough it didn't kill the grass under it. It did its job by keeping large debris out and letting water drain through. It even survived the chemicals from the water as it stayed in constant contact with the water in the center.

I bought this to reduce the amount of water I had to put in my pool (approx. 300 gallons/week in the summer). Since it is mesh, I was a little skeptical of how well it would reduce evaporation. But it has done what it claimed. Except for a couple of weeks, when I left the cover open in one corner and had to add around 400 gallons to replace water lost to evaporation, I have added no water at all this year! Additionally, the chlorine levels remain stable without adding any chlorine when the cover is in place. It is a bit of a challenge to install (a hammer drill comes in real handy in these situations) and it is a bit tedious to remove and re-cover but it doesn't cost anywhere near as much as an installed electric cover, so it does balance out a bit.Overall, well worth the money!

I purchased this cover in early fall to close my pool..and it didn’t make it through one winter. The clamps to hold it tight are junk, because in that short time they already has rust spots and kept coming loose. And during a bad rain storm, a couple came loose at the same time-and the liner and slid halfway into the pool; dumping the leaves a debris from the cover into the pool water. So, I’m sure fellow pool owners can imagine the mess it was, when I opened it a couple weeks ago.I definitely don’t recommend this cover. Also..it’s definitely not sturdy enough to keep a pet from falling through it. Big headache-big waste of money. The cheaper ones I had prior..may not have looked as pretty (when it was first put on) but they do the job and keep the pool covered.

This cover is perfect! It's very sturdy and simple to install. The dimensions are accurate, too. And I also needed a cover with the extra extension to cover the stairs. The price was very reasonable, too. Before I bought this, I only put a tarp over the pool held in place with plastic chairs. After my new puppy decided to investigate the tarp and fell in the pool, I knew I needed something much better. Luckily she was ok, but I knew I needed something much more secure. I'm very satisfied with the cover.

My dad has been wanting this type of pool cover for many years. Installation wasn’t too bad. Just took a few hours to drill all the holes. Would recommend getting a good hammer drill. All the anchors are brass, which is good. The springs are stainless steel, which is good. This is the first winter we’ve used it and it has been installed for about four months. Still looks great. Just hope it lasts. The true test is time.

Same quality as the cover it's replacing, stitching seems solid, comes with all the hardware needed for a new install. Only complaint was one of the spring retention hook/strap was made wrong, fixed it myself. I'll let you know if it makes it through the winter

Installation Easy but overbuilt; just use a 3/8 cement drill deep enough and drop a normal SS bolt with a small enough head to fit inside the installation wand (provided). Sideways stress will NEVER bend a 3/8 bolt 1" from the deck. The 3/4" stuff supplied is not homeowner friendly (have u tried drilling say thirty holes 3/4" in diameter in concrete interlock or whatever?....nasty!) Anyone can do 3/8 and it causes less disruption to the deck.Tarp is awesome - winter snow and ice, puppies treating it as a trampoline (50lb puppies). No issues.Clean-up in the spring is looking really easy as well as set-up for next year.Just keep in mind any dust or fine particles will all now be in the pool that the normal winter cover keeps out. I'm glad I have an automatic pool cleaner for the spring...it will likely be Nasty in the pool but the cover Appears to be safe so far.Bruce Burlington Ontario

It is pretty nice and quality product. I installed my self without prof. help. So easy to install. I did just one mistake, when I try to adjust the layout I open it and put stones to top of cover each corner to be sure the anchor locations good. That was my big mistake. Stone tears the corner of cover :( So you guys don t use stone as I do when you try to see layout. Thank you
