Yes they are attached to the pole and ready to be used. You just have to run the line out through the eyelets and rig for hook, sinker, etc.

Do they come with line, or do I need to buy separately?

These reels do come pre-spooled.

Can I replace it with spinning reels?

The rods used in these combos are built specifically for use with spincast/casting reels only. However, we offer a large selection of spinning combos that are also available on Amazon.

What's the biggest fish the reel can take without breaking?

The only limiting factor to the size of fish this reel can catch is the pound test of the fishing line.
