The front isn't tempered glass like they offered
They said double sided tempered glass but the front isn't tempered glass. I think that's false advertisement

Cracked within 1 day
I went against my better judgment and ordered this case even though there weren't many great reviews. It is difficult to type on the screen without putting a lot of pressure and within a day. I went to set my phone on the table and the front screen cracked. :( unfortunately I have already added a wallet sticker on the back so dont think I can return it now.

Lifetime warranty
I love this case, protecting both front and back of my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with tempered glass.Dropped my phone on my driveway a few days after installing the new case and the case glass cracked, I emailed the vendor and they sent me another case within days of emailing them. Will definitely buy again from the same vendor in the future.

Blocked my data signal.
The case fit my Samsung Galaxy note 9 perfect but it doesn't stay on very well. I dropped my phone and the front of the case fell off. Defeats the purpose. It also blocks my data signal. I was getting really mad because nothing would load. I took the case off and everything loaded perfectly. Not worth buying.

Love this case. Only downfall is my phone is heavy and if you dont hold the sides your front falla off and phone will fall out

Stay away
Terrible case, is heavy, slippery, makes the already big phone extremely wide and hard to hold with one hand, the glass is not responsive. Would return but my kid threw away the box. Same your money

Do not put a pop socket on the back!
I loved it until I realized that it was somehow blocking me from hearing the person on the other line. I also put my pop socket on and when the phone fell the whole back of the case shattered. I had it for maybe 2 weeks.
