We've had a couple of these signs in our neighborhood for a few years & they've held up fine. I bought this one just to place in another location. They're very sturdy & easily read.

I have had this sign out in front of my tree since last Fall (Nov). It is May and it is still standing after snow, ice, rain, etc. I expected to need a new one by now. So, I am pleasantly surprised at the quality for the low price. It is simply made coated cardboard on a metal stand that you push into the ground. It comes already assembled so you just take it out the plastic bag and put it in the ground. The image quality is good, the font size and overall size of the sign is sufficient. I'd recommend and purchase again, if necessary.

It was good till some one in my complex stole it

This sign is perfect, it holds up to super hard rain storms, blazing sun and still looks great. The sign is easy to put into the ground - took me 2 minutes max. Much better than asking my neighbors to pick up after their dog in person. The sign is a great size, easily seen but not an eye sore.
