BELLRINO Replacement Umbrella Canopy for 9ft 8 Ribs TAN/Sand (Canopy Only)

Like everything else on amazon i never know what to buy when looking at something. I chose this umbrella cover and it was a perfect fit for my 9ft Martha Stewart umbrella that the cover had to be replaced. Like other people i had to take metal ring off without much effort. It fit my umbrella without having to cut the new cover hole bigger. if i get a year out of it for the price you cant beat it.

Good replacement at the right price for my outdoor umbrella. The one it replaced had a velcro tie for when it was down, but this one does not. Still, good value and looks good.

I followed the advice of another reviewer for installing and it went smoothly."The trick to installation is to take it easy, don't yank. I found it was helpful to fit all but 2 ribs into pockets with pole standing up on the ground, umbrella closed, no finial. Then turn it upside down and let it fall open. Now stretch the fabric over the last 2 pockets and add the finial"I've had to return 2 previous canopies as the rib pocket were too small to fit the ribs of my umbrella. Not a problem with this one. I believe this was a Cost Plus umbrella and the ribs are not wimpy. We'll see how the canopy handles the summer sun

The quality of this umbrella is very high for the price. It is a brown color that is quite a bit darker than the picture, but I was pleased as it is a very neutral color. My umbrella frame is a strong teak 10 foot one that I had to cut down to 9 due to losing a war of attrition with my dog's teeth and is as large as a 9 footer can be and this one fits perfectly.

The canopy was advertised to fit a 9ft frame but did not measure 108 inches. The top grommet separated from the fabric as I tried to install the canopy on my umbrella frame. The canopy also had a slight tear in the fabric, whether from trying to fit a true 9' frame or damaged prior to shipping, I don't know. In any event, the canopy sustained damaged and it wasn't worth my effort to return it to Amazon for a refund.

The grommit was too small to fit over the top finial.

It is way too tight to put on and unfortunately (like other reviews have mentioned), one of the seems at the top ripped when I tried to slip the pockets onto the arms. This does't hinder its use since the fabric sits tight against the frame while it's open and I can fix it by stitching it back up, but it seems like this problem could be easily omitted if the canopy was made just a half an inch bigger, making it loose enough to install it properly.
