Probably will work with extra preporation.
To be honest, i am a bit surprised at all the positive reviews. I purchaced the pool patch to see if it will fix a failed grout seam in my hot tub. But after applying I am a bit skeptical. Its fully dry but a bit chalky on the surface. A couple of places I was able to scratch off the repair with my fingernail. I dont see how it will hold up to a bubbling hot tub if it chips off so easy. Also its needs to be almost soupy like runny mashed potatos to be ably to get a nice aplication. After I am done i plane to apply grout colorer and sealer to it to see if that helps harden it up a bit more. I will update my post affter a couple months to see how its holding. Here is the procedure I followed but I am not a masonary so this is only FYI.1. I prepared the grout surface by cutting a 1/8 deep x1/8 W channel in the grout with a masonary cut off disk to give the patch somthing to sit inside to help prevent chipping off the serface. I went deeper to about about 1/4 an inch where the grout failedand had actually holes that water was draing through.2. Used a pick to clean out the holes and remove any soft grout from water penatration on the hole walls.3. Used total pond water fall foam to back fill the holes incase the patch failed.Cleard off any foam that expanded out through the hole on the tile.4. Applied the patch mix per instruction some modification. Little more water and bonder.5. After all was dry and cleand off I applied grout colorant and sealer sold at home depot and Lows with a small paint brush to the patch. Now give a couple days to dry and go to go. Good Luck.

Excellent product, easy to use
Had a few grout lines that had failed in one corner of our pool, which had been replastered and retiled five years ago, and this product did a great job of filling the cracks and matching the existing white grout. Scrubbed the tile and cracks with 1:8 acid/water and a stainless steel bristle-brush (Home Depot), rinsed with fresh water using a tile sponge and let dry for a day, then applied the Pool Patch per the instructions, finishing the grout with a damp tile sponge. Easy-peasy, and the finished job is indistinguishable from the original grout.

Amazing product!
I have waited, probably too long, to repair the cracks and gaps in the grout in my aging in-ground pool. I used this product to repair the grout about two months ago. It was very easy to mix and a little went a very long way. I was amazed at the results. Lucky, the water was still warm when I made the repairs. The grout looks like new. So far, I am extremely satisfied with the results. It does harden quickly so you'll need to work fast. I wish I took before & after photos...sorry.

This stuff is great. I cut the amount in half and then in half again. So about 12 ounces of powder with 1 tbspoon of the bonder, then kept adding a tablespoon of water until it turned into a paste like grout does. Works great, just used my finger ( you could put gloves on too but they just got wet and made the grout wetter) and smeared it where I wanted it. It’s best if you get in the pool, makes smearing easier. If some drops in the pool just swish it with your food and it will dissolve. Hardens in 5 minutes. Then you can go over it with a sponge to get rid of haze. Couple hours later it will be hard as a rock. Looks great, very white. Would definitely recommend!

It works and is easy to use
It takes a bit of trial and error to do the pool patching yourself but it is not a bad job and this pool patch works well. USE GLOVES or your fingers will get raw really quickly. My only complaint is that the liquid solution, used to mix with the powder, is a bit skimpy. Maybe, I am overusing it, but I thought I followed the directions. On two occasions, I have run out of the epoxy while I have lots of the grout left.

Pool Renew
Easy to use. Makes the pool look brand new. I recommended it to my brother and is ordering soon. My pool guy saids he uses quite often and orders for his repair jobs. Much less expensive than buying from a store.

Grout especially for swimming pool tiles......hope this works out.
I've been replacing the grout in my pool every 4-5 years (drain the pool, power wash). After cleaning out the old grout it's on with the new. This pool grout mixes easily and is easy to apply. I'd grout 2-3 tiles then wipe them off with a damp sponge. I sponged everything again and it's doing great 3 weeks later.

Great product and JM12Ventures is a great seller
Excellent and very durable pool grout. Sets up fast so do small strips of tile at a time or it’s very hard to clean off tile face. I had ordered more than I needed and the seller, JM12Ventures was very responsive and nice and processed a very quick return. I was very pleased with the courteous service I received from them and wanted to give them a plug.
