Never have woken up groggy. Takes 20mins for me to fall asleep and it’s always been tough for me to fall asleep. Deep sleep. Some nights that I am sleepy I will drink half a bottle for the anti-anxiety properties it has. Great product.

It works okay but little pricey

I've been having trouble sleeping at night, and it's really hard. I used to use pills, but I tried this liquid product, and it works better.

I’ve been using this for a long time now and recommend it to many of my nighttime coworkers. They all agree it helps them fall asleep when needed! The taste is pretty decent and super easy to use.

Full Disclosure: This isn't my first usage with this product. I'm a return buyer for this. But that's all the more reason that I felt the need to write this. This was picked up for me because I couldn't get any kind of rest. It works for those who don't need prescription meds to knock them out. Shake it and drink at least an hour or so before you want to head to bed. You'll feel yourself steadily getting sleepy, but once you do, go to bed. Like melatonin, light and activity will basically burn it out of your system. Though, thankfully, it's not as easy to burn out of your system as melatonin. It's effective for those who want to feel something as close to an easy and natural slip into rest and then sleep as possible. Small warning, the taste isn't awful or unbearable but it is different and takes some getting used to. Hope this helps. Get some rest, folks.

Dream water does not make me fall asleep more quickly but does provide a more restful sleep once I get there and I don’t wake up groggy.
