This is a really nice piece of equipment. It definitely delivers the quality that customers would like. It is space saving as well. It is extremely comfortable when using it, definitely been carefully thought about when they were designing it, I would say. The construction is solid and is very sturdy too. Feels like a great expensive product that will last a long time.You can adjust the backrest into 6 different positions to meet all your needs for a balanced whole body workout. It also comes with an extra set of elastic resistance bands that can be used to boost strength. Another good thing is that it has rubber suction feet that can protect your flooring from scratch.All in all, I would say this is a great product. So if you want to buy don't look anywhere else.

The bench was relatively easy to assemble using the instructions. Takes about 30 minutes to put together and requires a wrench and Allen key that is included in the pack. Sturdy once assembled and does not wobble when you are using it. It doesn't take too much space when you put it away for storage.This is a great adjustable workout bench with comfortable material that is well padded. You have a range of options from vertical to decline, although it requires some effort to do so. The seat is non-adjustable and is fixed at an angle.I find that the leg holder bars are too short for me. Hard to keep legs locked in comfortably but not too bad. I would not recommend this for guys or females over 6' tall (which I am).

I have long legs felt that the seat end was small sat in between both seat bit uncomfortable when doing ab workoutsBut over all good piece of equipment would have liked it a little wider ; maybe not for someone who use really heavy weights

Bought this about 2 weeks ago for myself to do some excise at home. It comes with well packed parts and the seat and back aready assembed together, so it only takes me less than 30 minutes to put all together. It's not heavy and very easy to move around. The quality is quite good, when sitting or lying on it, you can feel strong support. Also it's easy to adjust the back by pulling one knob out and move the back up or down. Very happy so far to buy it.

Minimal instructions re the construction. These could be better to make it easier.Sturdy enough for me as I do not lift very heavy weights. Good value for money.

I bought this workout bench couple of weeks back, start using it straight away, it is very easy to assemble & the bench is padded with good material.This bench is good for incline, decline & straight abbs & weight workout.The bench is steady & hold its grip with the floor.In short, it is a good value for money :)

Really disappointing all aroundReally wanted to like this product, to set it up and get cracking immediately. Unfortunately, one of the parts is bent enough for it not to slot together with another part, preventing assembly of the whole thing. To make things worse, Yaumany only offer up to £4.75 for return postage (which I have to do myself) even though the product they sold to me is faulty.Completely unacceptable - shall be taking the matter up with Amazon

I bought this for my son and he loves it. It's very robust and goes well with his weights.
